I would never go back to this place there doctors are useless you come in sick and they give you nothing. Called the on call Doctor and she said I was not weezing or cough.. How the hell can you tell if someone is weezing over the phone.. Then she told me she couldnt help me because she couldnt observe me over the phone.. This was told to my friend over the phone from the service, Never ever going back.. She said I dont work for them so I dont have my chart in front of me..Told me to go to the hospital. What kinda a service are they running there. My next call is going to the Medical board and my attorney..

My husband and I have been going to Our Family Practice for 14 years now. They are wonderful doctors with a very competent and accommodating staff. Anytime I have had any problem with insurance, scheduling, or referrals they have always done everything they could to help. The doctors really make you feel like they care, they take the time to listen to you. Somehow they still manage to keep the wait time to a minimum. I dont think I have ever had to wait more than 10-15 minutes and it is usually much less than that. I would definitely recommend them.

To the negative reviewers...typically if you are a jerk to support staff, you can expect nothing in return. Ive had great experiences with the doctors and staff at Our Family Practice and would not hesitate to refer there for Primary Care. Dr. Cascarina listens very carefully to everything I tell him and spends a great deal of time with his patients. It is very obvious that he really cares about his patients. Ive had other negative experiences with other Primary Care and specialists that make me keep going back to this office.

I have been a patient at Our Family Practice for years. The doctors provide detailed individual care and have consistently been dependable and on time with the appointments I have scheduled. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating to everyone. I highly recommend contacting Our Family Practice to assist you with any health care issues you may have.
