The doctor is wonderful however the office requires payment upfront in excess of the insurance allowance even though they except my insurance. They tell us that they are going to reimburse any overpayment however Ive been waiting over three months for that reimbursement. Every time I call they say they havent gotten authorization yet to send out the reimbursement checks. Asked who the authorization comes from and she would not answer me.

Incompetent care. tasteless staff. Refused to see my step-son because I was not his biological father. They wanted adoption papers. And they hung up on my wife after she was trying to tell them I was his parent and gave permission for me to be there .AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.
