I recently had an appointment with Dr. Angrist and I was extremely DISSATISFIED with his service. He was extremely rude to his staff and to me. I felt very uncomfortable with the way he "bossed" around his employees and the aggressive tone he took with them and with me as well. During my exam he seemed to be in a rush. While I was in the middle of my contact fitting with the other optometrist, I was sitting in the chair with my head tilted back (with one contact lens in one eye ) and Dr. Angrist walks into the room and says "Ill finish up the exam", he rips the file from the other optometrists hand and taps my knee escorting me out of the room. Upon entering his office, he continued being rude and abrupt with me. I left my appointment feeling so upset and extremely uncomfortable- I could not believe how unprofessional he was. Aside from Dr. Angrist, everyone else at the practice was very nice and helpful. He should take note from his staff and learn from their positive interpersonal skills.

I am not one to critique healthcare professionals, but Dr. Angrist is probably the rudest and most unprofessional Doctors i have met. He most likely operates with this impunity because he is close to retirement, and (or) patients must be at his mercy because he is one of the few to accept NJ family health. In any event be prepared to treat him the way he treats you.

First time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a 10 Minute wait to fill out paperwork. Right on time with the scheduled appointment. Dr. A. seems to be knowledgeable and explaint everything.

The office is not very accommodating with appointments. Needed to go on a trip and didnt realize my contacts were out - would not make any accommodations to help me out. Always in a rush and rude.
