This is one of the worst Dentists I have ever been to. I had a prep done for a crown and after the prep I had pain in the tooth constantly. He told me it shouldnt hurt and it was in my mind. I refused to pay for the service and he filed a law suit in court for $125 and ruined my credit for the next 7 years. I finally agreed to pay him monthly plus court costs for a lousy procedure. Credit still bad. If you can find another Dentist in the area, I would recommend going to him instead of this guy. Kozuch is not very intelligent in my opinion.

I went to this dentist about 7 years ago and every time i went i was always satisfied with his work...I had a gold tooth that kept falling out ..and when i went to this dentist i never had problem with it again ...well now i will be going for fillings ...I was very pleased....

Been going to this dentist for more than a decade. Appointments go smoothly, dental assistants do a great job and doesnt hurt a bit. :) Dr. Kozuch then comes by, looks my teeth over, talks for a bit, and then out the door I go! Fast, and great service. Thanks!!
