Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I was going to a different vet and my dog needed surgery that they could not do. This lead me to Dr.Dratch. He kept me updated every step of the way. My dog was admitted to the hospital for 4 days. I received a call even on easter letting me know that my dog was doing good. (I never expected that). The whole staff loves what they do and you can tell from the first time you meet them. The building is clean and I never had to wait long before I was called in. Bay shore animal hospital saved my dogs life.

Dr. Dratch is the most gentle, kind, knowledgeable, delightful person you will ever meet. The fact that he cares so much for your pet is just a bonus. He has done two ACLs on our Golden amongst other treatments. Any time we call we are able to see him. He is just so wonderful there are no words that can truly describe him and his Bayshore Animal Hospital establishment. Thanks to them our dog his safe, happy and healthy.
