A Private User

After having problems with the local well-known (and much overrated) bird doctor, I thought "now what am I going to do?" Fortunately an employee at Petco told me about Drs Francois and Elizabeth, They are competent, personable, and unlike some vets, able to admit when they dont have the answer (which is, of course, 90% of the way towards actually finding the answer). I wont give 5 stars solely because they are not specialists in avan medicine (but then, to find one of those youd need to go to Boston).

The most personable, professional and knowledgeable Vet that my wife and I have ever gone to. Extremely helpful staff that is willing to work through all needs. They also offer a Military Discount which is also a plus. Unlike other Vet centers, they dont try to add unnecessary things to your bill, nor do they try to bend your arm for things that again are not needed. We take our 3 dogs, and cat there.

The vet recommended using Seresto flea collar and it ended up leaving nasty chemical burns and hair loss on our cat. After looking up reviews and removing the collar we found that this wasnt uncommon and cats and dogs have even died due to this collar. Vet should be warning people not telling us to use it.

I wouldnt bring my dog anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the location is very clean and easy to access, and they have awesome mobile notifications to inform me of upcoming check ups.
