I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It is always packed and you wait way to long for any visits. I never feel confident that my daughter has recieved proper and competent medical care walking out of there. What is making me change though is the HORRIBLE service my daughter got in January. She is 18 months old and had a 104 fever. I called to take her in immediately about 4 o clock, they said we have to wait until 530 pm. I started getting pissed so they said fine just bring her in. The place was PACKED as per usual (they double book, so if your appointment is at 1, dont expect to get in until 2), and my poor 104 degree fever daughter had to wait in a packed waiting room for at least a half hour. The "nurse" at the front desk a blonde old know it all tried telling me what the doc would say, as if a 104 degree fever in a child is NOTHING to worry about, because "she raised 4 kids" so obviously thats better than 8 years of medical school . We finally get into the room and they bring in a medical assistant that was TRAINING! My daughter had been there 3 days before and this guy is torturing her poking and proding to get her weight like its the most serious thing. I understand its routine but when you have a child with a 104 temp and you cant get it easily, you dont make the kid more upset and cry, especially when the weight was taken 3 days prior. Seriously? We had to finally be mean and tell him to please get out, and he goes to their break room and starts talking about how "mean" we are, thinking we were out of earshot. Finally after another 30 mins the doctor comes in and she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She got better. Just yesterday my daughter was getting a cold, it was a Friday and I called to make an appointment for Saturday. They told me " the computer does not let me make appointments for Saturday, its only urgent care on that day." I said thats really weird but okay, brought my daughter in Saturday at 12, was told "oh you need an appointment, urgent care doesnt open until 2 and were already overbooked so youd be waiting awhile, so just come back at 2, and well make sure youre first" Screw that. We went to PM pediatrics in North Babylon. They gave an amazing thorough eval, were extremely gentle ( usually at RBK my daughter is terrified in tears by the time shes done) and also a proper diagnosis of the eczyma shes had on her back for months, which at RBK was diagnosed at ringworm. The doc at PM said it could be mistaken as ringworm, but they should have been able to see the difference, which also makes me question how well these doctors there are actually paying attention to their patient, and not just rushing to the next appointment. It sucks because the office is literally right down the street from me, but Id rather give up convenience for the confidence of knowing my childs doctor is taking the time to thoroughly examine my daughter, rather than booking as many patients as possible in order to increase profits.

Hi, I like this place never had a problem till today I bring my 3 months old in and Dr who came to see him I love her she is very friendly and answer in detail when I ask something I never bother them with a lot of questions always its like in and out for a doctor. My baby eye is red and draining since he born they told me it will went away when he will be 3 months old he is close to be 4 months so I was concerned I asked her and she said she will give me an ointment but she didnt send anything to pharmacy when I were about to check out I asked them again so they call her and when she came she was totally somebody else she rolled her eyes and was super rude and said he doesnt have any infection so I wont give him anything thats perfectly fine with me but I was HURT with her behavior that is not professional at all....I will still go back there but will try to avoid her next time and will prefer other doctors on her....

I never have a problem getting my kids seen . so far my kids have always gotten the right treatment. We love all the doctors. Nurses are super friendly. My 6yr old loves coming in bc he knows hell get a sticker or a toy. I know that sometimes they are packed but come on its a pediatrics office where sick and well get seen. Not like some other pediatricians office that tell you their next available for a sick visit is next week . at least you know that here youll get to be seen even if it takes some wait. A hour wait is better than a week if your child is sick. Most places wont even care if ur child is sick they tell you if u think your child is really sick than take him to the ER . RBK pediatrics doesnt do that. They get you in the same day. No matter what. And I like that.

Unprofessional staff including doctors only doc that is good is dr rehman. I am not happy the way they deal with you. It takes a lot to be there RBK, where dr Rehamn was so learn from him if u can.
