Long story short, I stongly recommend that you go somewhere else - anywhere else because I have been burned by Vision World too many times. I had been a long time customer (7+ years) and at first I loved this place. However, a few years ago they could not get my glasses Rx right after several adjustments (and telling me that I was seeing something I wasnt really seeing). But I usually wear contacts - so I got used to the glasses and life went on. Last year, I went for an eye exam and to purchase contacts. AFTER the exam, they broke down the prices for me in which their price for contact lenses was almost 50% higher than I have ever paid for my lenses. Then they wouldnt cover the exam under my insurance unless I bought contacts from them even though the insurance company said there was no such requirement. It ended up being cheaper for me to pay out of pocket for the exam and purchase the contacts online than get the contacts from them. From that point I decided I wasnt going back. Then the icing on the cake... I tried to make another order at 1800-Contacts before my Rx expired but I was a couple days too late. The day after I placed the order, I got a voicemail from "Mike at Vision World" (who I had never met or spoken to). In the voicemail, he felt it necessary to mention that he knew where I worked, that I had written a review on Yelp about my experience last year, and that they "[were] at 42 a box". Im going to assume he meant that they lowered their price from $67.99 / box to $42 / box. Either way, it was an extremely...odd...voicemail and just reinforces my decision to go somewhere else for my eye care. This year I found a new place where I got my exam, glasses and contacts. I recommend to everyone that you find somewhere else to go because: #1 this place isnt a good value, #2 they have horrible service and #3 Im quite frankly wierded out by them now.

This is months over due... Very happy with the knowledgeable staff, exam, which was done in the light, after being asked what I do for a living, and leisure - i.e. am I a night owl. That made such a difference in the exam and prescription. Im very happy - I can wear contact lenses for astigmatism for the first time and my vision is as good as it can be. Service is excellent and they had variety of frames, too. Thank you for letting me try most of them on!

Just got an exam, contact lenses and a pair of nice eyeglasses for $99. The contacts were delivered the next day as promised. Best prices anywhere for my Oasys contacts 12 lenses for $70. extremely knowledgeable and caring staff. call them for prices on contacts before you order for anyone.

Been going here for a very long time, I am totally satisfied with the service and the prices. I wanted Rx for online orders and they provided on the spot. Now I dont even bother ordering my lenses online since VW prices are about the same and they arrive faster.
