Twisted my ankle stepping off the curb and didnt want to alarm my girlfriend or daughter. Hobbled down the block from my house and was greeted by the receptionist who was fast, friendly and efficient, which in this day and age is the exception and not the norm. Within a minute after completing the paperwork I was led to an exam room and the PA popped in and asked me what happened and if I was ok. I explained what happened and told him I didnt want to alarm my girlfriend and daughter who both thought I was going out for a cigarette. He laughed and told me that Rene (sorry if I get you and Rina confused) would be in in a minute to take my vitals and pre exam. Rene was personable, friendly, quick and efficient. We were done in about 5 minutes and I appreciated that she was joking with me while conducting her pre exam in a professional manner. The PA returned in less then 10 minutes and examined my foot and ankle and explained that he believed it was only a sprain but had to X-ray before a final diagnosis could be made. The PA left and no sooner was the door closed and Rina came in for X-rays. Rina like everyone else was professional, smiling and efficient. The PA returned and informed me it indeed was a sprain. I was told to wear the air cast that they provided and to quit smoking as the cigarettes are cap constrictors and would impede the healing process. I was out of there within 20 minutes. Yes, my girlfriend called wondering where I was and I had to confess where I was. Urgent Care is clean, well lit, well run and the people there seem happy to be there and be doing their jobs. Ive had bad experiences and misdiagnosis at First Med and other Stat Med type places and vowed never to go back to any of these places but I would definitely return to Northwell Health Urgent Care and highly recommend it to anyone for any minor non life threatening help.

So I was on my way to the hospital emergency room when I passed the urgent care. I had cut my hand on glass and was bleeding alot. I wasnt sure if they could even handle this type of cut. I thought it was just smaller things like colds or rashes, things like that. Well anyway I go in they have all my information on file and literally within two minutes of walking in Im in a room and meeting the Dr. She cleaned up the cut stitched it and told me how I should clean it and what ever else I needed to know to help it heal quickly and correctly. All in all I would have probably spent 4 hours at the ER and here at the urgent care, which is 7 minutes from my house, I was in and out all stitched up in under 15 minutes. Its been 4 days and its healing nicely. They also followed up with me to make sure that everything was going well. I was totally supprised, and happily satisfied with the level of care and the quickness and efficiency in which they handled my situation. I would highly recommend urgent care for all types of situations that require a Dr. .

My Mom fell and I took her in to Northwell Health in Bellmore to get XRAYS on her arm. We were met by the receptionist Janaya who checked us in and she was extremely nice and very helpful. Then PA Yehoshua Zaback spoke to my mother within five minutes after we arrived. He was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable because he diagnosed my mother before we even took any XRAYS. My mother was very nervous and anxious and he calmed her down. We went to get XRAYS with the technician named Hillary. She was so nice and she kept my mom calm while taking the XRAYS. PA Yehoshua Zaback looked at the films and confirmed my mother diagnosis, treated her, and sent us on our way with follow up appointments. This was all done within approximately a half hour beginning to end. Excellent experience !!

My sister took her 1 year old grandson with a high temperature to this urgent care today and was TURNED AWAY because she did not have her grandsons insurance card. Even when she provided the receptionist (with a doctor standing right there) all the insurance company information and stated that he is insured under a United States Military policy as the childs father is a sergeant in the United States Army and cannot be reached as he is currently deployed in Afghanistan! They told my sister to take him to the emergency room. I wonder if an undocumented individual would have been treated the same way? I understand this is a business but why would a) they turn away a sick child or b) not try to assist with the insurance information they were provided? Shameful!

I was shocked that although I provided a drivers license and they validated my health insurance coverage that this GREEDY organization would not provide me medical attention unless I paid them upfront. What ever happened to the oath Doctors are supposed to take. Even though I explained I did not bring my medical credit card. This is a sad testament to this medical facility. I will never go near this place again! I only put a star because I couldnt post with out one.

I went here after a fall while visiting on Long Island. Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen quickly, x-rayed, and on my way. I even received a call when I got home to check up on my recovery. The building is clean and modern. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I am very upset. Although care is ok I was told to make an appointment on line which I did. I was told to come in ten minutes early. Then I was delayed twice by text. I came in as asked to find two walk ins ahead of me, and a 15-30 minute additional delay. So if I just came in I wouldnt have waited. Disgraceful.

Extremely slow, more than 15 minutes before even being checked in. Still sitting and no one is helping. Do not come here on a saturday. Even worse it was a pa and hr prescribed a wrong dose for my 5 year old, pharmacy said it would have been dangerous to give it to her. Please I urge you do not go there.

Excellent service. I was seen immediately and the two people who helped me were so professional and nice. They explained everything they were doing and the doctor even gave me a scan of my X-ray and sent the information to my personal doctor. This place is awesome!

I saw Yehosshua Zaback today. I have a host of issues, some not considered medical. He was one of the most understanding people Ive ever dealt with. He was patient, kind and insightful. A truly kind and understanding man. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

I had a great experience with The Northwell Heath-GoHealth Urgent Care in Bellmore. The facility was extremely clean. Everyone was gracious and caring from the woman at the front desk to the physicians assistant to the doctor who took care of me.
