Most doctors offices never seem to have your appointment time on schedule. However Ive been here about 6 times and 5 out of my 6 visits I did not wait past my appointment time. The 1 time I waited took an 1 hour after my appointment time. The staff at the window could be friendlier and have more patience but they just reallyseem like someone having a hectic day that doesnt really have time to answer any additional questions you may while waiting. As for the dentist there, they are all Doctors and working on the last step which is residency, so every year the Dentists change. Also every dentist in this office has their own way of working your teeth so it really depends on the dentist you get as far as the rating for treatment. I have had four different dentists and all four were completely different, and only 1 Dentist of the 4 was rude and injured me but he is no longer there. Other than that, I can not rate the Dentists services indivually because their are at least 6 at this location, but as a whole it would be 4 Stars for their work. CON: When you make an appointment the next open slot in their schedule is always about a month away for the soonest appointment. In all, the negatives such as appointment time and the front desk staff coutesy needs to be worked on. If a long wait for an appointment and a grumpy front desk staff doesnt bother you, then great. But for my rating, 1 star was lost since the front desk staff could be nicer and 1 star lost due to the long wait time for appointments

they never pick up the phone but yet every time i go for an appt they are always on the phone plus the receptionist is very rude he always ignoring people with him knowing you need to either ask assistance or make another appt besides that the dentist have all been really great with my son always patient and very informative but they really need new receptionist that shouldnt be tolerated

Very very rude male receptionist, Anytime you approach him to ask a simple question he totally avoids you ,and is that one receptionist that is very disrespectful and rude .i have never been treated this bad with the other receptionist at this clinic ,I will absolutely avoid this clinic because of this experience

I hadnt been to a dentist in over 20 years because of terrible experiences. Dr. Seo is the BEST #127. He is patient, considerate, tender handed and compassionate. The staff are friendly and helpfull. Haven been there 4 times in two weeks. Like my second home. I fear the dentist NO MORE.....

I wish instead of stars there were numbers, because Id give it a zero. I havent had the pleasure of going, and probably wont, due to spending these last three days trying to get someone to answer, so that I can make an appt. for my family. Horrible phone service.

Dont bother calling to get an appt NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. I just go in person since I live close but once youre there the doctors are friendly some seem very young but knowledgeable and the wait isnt too bad so Im ok with it.

Whats the point of them having a phone if they never answer it? I have been calling every day for 2 weeks and no one answers. My daughters dentist recommended this place I guess I need to find another location.
