They charge you only 60$ for a contact lenses exam, but then charge up to 90$ a box of contacts lenses. Is a total ripoff because I know online you can get a box for 20$. Plus they pressure you get more than one box of contact lenses. I went back today to pick up my contact lenses and make my final deposit on my 500$ total cost, and the girl that helped me the first time said in Spanish to the other employee that was helping me today "does she even have the money?" (I picked up the lenses about two weeks after they where already in the store) like really why would I go to pick up my contacts if I didnt have the money?! She said it in Spanish thinking I dont know Spanish. When the transaction was done and I was getting my contact lenses handed to me in a nice paper bag, she also said again in Spanish to the other employee "oh no those bags are not for her, you couldve given her a plastic bag" I just think that is so unprofessional and made me not want to go back ever again because the way I was treated. I was thinking of getting new glasses, but i will definitely find another place to go.

I never go back here anymore. My entire family used to go here and not anymore. Theyve lost hundreds of dollars losing us as customers for good. Mainly because of the customer service. They have the most rude women working there. All flashy and think they know it all. Too pushy and dont care at all about what people really want and need. They have serious attitude problems, each one of the women that work there. And my entire family, my sister, mother and father including myself all buy name brand frames with expensive lens work and each spend at least 600 to 1000 sometimes even more a year. Hope theyre happy. I know a lot of people that no longer go there as well because of the customer service. Just awful people working there. We never go there again and were so happy with the new places on westchester optical at morrison and elder ave. take your business elsewhere, youll get better deals and fast and good work done with people who genuinely care for you at other places but definitely not here!! Just go in once and youll see what Im saying.

The optometrist is so kind and friendly. However, his equipment is outdated and they do not have the face covers nor do they disinfect the equipment after each patient puts their eyes to it for their examination. I had a contact exam and I was given ONE pair of contacts for trial. I wear dailies so that really did not help. My contacts took over a week to be ordered and they are STILL not available for pickup. The women at the front EXTREMELY rude and they are not at all smart. They cannot tell you the first thing about your exam, insurance, etc etc. They are a nightmare. I recently relocated to the area and looking for a new optometrist for my family but this place will NOT be it. It is a DUMP. The receptionists should be the FIRST to go. Lastly, the glasses selection is mediocre and ridiculously OVERPRICED! I can save you some time before you go, they wont make you feel good about wasting your annual check up there!!!

Seeing a rating around 3 made me worry but Ive been to 4 other places Ive been too and none treated me so nice the person helping me looked all over to find a pair of glasses to my liking and Im very picky so I know it must have been annoying but she did everything possible to help me find the right pair of glasses I wanted and I appreciate her hard work Ill definitely be back in the future. I definitely recommend going here

I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. They say they accept union plans, but are very shifty, and interpret the terms of the union benefits to benefit themselves and not the customer. I guess they are in the habit of taking advantage of the people in this neighborhood for years. I will be sending a letter of complaint to my union about this business. Shame on them! Go somewhere else, I did.
