Dr. Tan is actually a good doctor , I come here because he is very paitent to every patients and tell us every details. But have to say this place the staffs didnt do a right job , one of the bad attitude lady ever today I met ! Long wait and bad service. Always have to wait at least two hours to see a doctor here. i had bad experience today , was there to sign in for 3~4 hours ago and they told me they didnt even have my name down, this is ridiculous ...they also argue with the patient which as me how is there system have been changed and bluh bluh bluh ... They must get improvement on this matter! so now I have to go home and get my own medication. If Im not even sick , why am I go there for . Piss off.

Very bad staff. Doesnt know what they are doing. Keep charging copay on bill even though they received every time for first thing. They dont want to help their mistake on the phone until I visit again. Even though make an appointment, need to wait 2-3 hours to see a doctor. Only a doctor is good and professional.
