I have had a family member here for a week-as a medical professional I have placed many calls that have gone unreturned to the staff for follow up. When I do speak to the floor nurses, they are rude and less than helpful. Lauren the social worker has been wonderful and very helpful. The medical doctors opinions totally contradict each other. Theyre so heldup on "passcodes" to speak to you to give out updates on patients when your listed as the primary contact-yet in a medical emergency when your family member is being transported to the ER, no one call you. My experience is all these rehabs are the same-the therapy is great, the nursing care is horrific.

Beth is an amazing for physical therapy! A couple of month ago I slipped in my kitchen and dislocated my knee cap, tore my ligament, and damaged all of my tissue. I had surgery and afterwards went to Beth she got me to bend my knee up to 40 degrees the first try and I was on crutches for 4 months Beth had gotten me up and ready to walk with my brace and now no brace! Im progressing each and every time I go to Beth, she is great! Ill soon be able to be back to my old self again! Big thank you to Beth!

This facility is exceptional! EVERY staff member, DRs, Nurses, Therapists, Aids, are all so very kind, professional and amazing. I cant thank Kessler Saddle Brook enough for taking such good care of my son. He was treated with respect every minute of every day. After 6 mos of being treated with a very serious illness, Kessler gave my son a second chance at life! THANK YOU!!!

Amazing things happening here ! Ive been a nurse for 7 years and worked in many , many settings in NJ, FL and NY and this is by far the best place I have worked . I believe the low reviews is because of the outpatients facilities not inpatients but still Im puzzled by the reviews , some people no matter what you do you cant make them happy
