The worst Home Health care I have ever dealt with. I am sure you will experience it too. Second time called 3 days ago and no one has returned my call. and I left 3 messages in 3 different departments. Imagine calling Edison at 11:00 am and telephone is in answering system mode. If you get a call back its at the end of the day. The agency does not prep the aides for the patient they are going to take care of. The aid is not advised of the particulars. The problem starts at the top from CEO and down.

Its Hard To Get Your Pay On Time, Can Never Reach Supervisor, Even When You Leave Messages For Them To Return Your Call. No Real Structure, They Hardly Have Cases, An You Have To Pay $10 For Their Uniform. Top $10 bottom $10. They Supply You With PPES. Totally Unfair To Employees, Every Employees Will Tell You, Even Family Members Of Patients Complains AboutNot Getting Proper Support From Supervisors.

Edison Home Care is very professional. The staff goes beyond their call of duty to meet their clients needs. the home attendants are well trained and very caring. from the intake department to the coordination department, everyone is happy to help in any way they can. I couldnt have asked for more from a home care agency. thank you Edison for making the home care process as seamless as possible!

I have had good luck with the HHAs. They are all very pleasant and caring. My problem is with the staff. If theres a problem, they dont call back. There is a complete lack of communication. Try make you feel like youre disturbing them when you call and get very defensive when you have a complaint. My 2 stars are for the HHAs. The staff st this agency are awful!

I work for this agency for 6 months , The worst agency I have ever worked with they dont like to pay there workers . And the staff is very very rude. They put there worker in a unsafe environment and a lot of the patients family are unsatitfy with this agency . I would not recommend Edsion Home Care to my worst enemy .

I recently started working for this agency. The hiring process went smoothly . The staff working at this agency to me are very respectful and descent. I personally havent had any issues with pay and as far as case placement the coordinators are willing to help you with something that meets your availability.

We needed an aide for mom the weekend of July 4th, 2013. We signed up well in advance and were told at the last minute they didnt have anyone for us since it was a holiday. weekend. Actually they never called back at all but when I called to check in since i hadnt heard thats what I was told.

This is the worst agency !!!! never answer calls, their aids are not professional at all! some dont speak a word of English and not willing to work, they just sit and watch tv and complains. They dont have enough aids to send to work. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
