Was looking for physical therapist places to attend at and happen to stumble at evolve again. i remember this place a few weeks ago and it just brought back a bad taste. One sentence sums it all and it is ,Worst, unprofessional place I have ever been to. I happen to walk pass this place a few times and thought to check the facility to see what they offer. Little did i know, walking in there was the worst mistake i could have done. As I was inside, everyone looked to be talking over each other and "screaming and ppl looked unease. The staff looked to be young and just out of school and sounded like they did not know how to communicate properly on the phone or in person. As i continued waiting, i took at peak in the back where you saw the staff members joking around as well as bossing each other around I assume. After, what have me frustrated was me overhearing a look to be a short stocky therapist talking to another therapist as well as another individual about how long they will work with someone and that they should not spend much time with them because of something regarding about insurance. Top of this, he is screaming at another person about something. I left there not getting any answers and if they were answered they were vague and they just sound like they wanted you to rush and sign something. This place sounds like they only care about money and not the health being of yourself. The place looks clean but dont be fooled about what kind of "dirt" people you will find there.

Not a good place to have REAL physical therapy. I went here before when I lived near by for months. The office is childish and is full of people who will say whatever to get you back in. I had knee pain that was so minor and they kept insisting me to come back while i told them i feel 100%. The front desk girls sound robotic and sound like they are cold calling you. It was ridiculous. If youre a favorite patient or someone that is a VIP to them somehow, they will "treat you like family". Other than that, youre just a number to them. In the facility, I see people who are just working out in there while they just need a personal trainer or self motivation to continue. Bottom line, you should not be seeing the same medical professional for years. If you are, obviously it is not working. I can only speak of my personal experience but a few friends they went there noticed the same thing. What a shame.

The people, the atmosphere, everything about this place is really great. I had the pleasure to be treated by each therapist, Greg and Tziona are really awesome Doctors, theyve helped me with my terrible back pain that i was dealing with for about two years. But now ever since ive started my treatment twice a week for the past month, i feel like im ready to hit the gym and start deadlifting again! As well as functioning throughout the day without my back flaring up and causing me pain. They even have a coffee machine and infused fruit water all complimentary! Oh did i mention that the bathroom is super clean!?? Ive been to many medical offices that didnt have the best looking bathroom, but at evolve their bathroom is spotless! PROS -Clean Bathroom -Free Coffee and Infused Water -Excellent, friendly staff (Therapist, Aides, and Reception.) -Clean and great atmosphere

This is such an amazing facility. Its amazing that after each treatment session , you feel your leaving a spa. Each visit i receive a very nice amount of time of manual treatment consisting of stretching and massage, new exercises that always address.my issue and at the end modalities of heat and stimulation which feels amazing. All of the aides and therapists work amazing today and I love that the therapists are always.present even for the exercises. The management , therapists, and aides are so positive and truly care about you. My dad received amazing treatment here as well as my grandma. The sessions are never rushed and there is always infused water and many selections of coffee, lattes and cappuccino! I love my treatment here. Highly recommend!!

I have been receiving treatment at Evolve PT for the past two months. Since I sit at a desk all day my neck and shoulders are always aching. I find myself staring at the computer rubbing my shoulders all of the time. My therapist has helped me with my posture by showing me how to sit properly and also gave me exercises showing me how to stretch all of my problem areas. My pain has subsided immensely. Not only is the treatment amazing at this location, but the atmosphere and staff are truly one of a kind. There is a feeling of zen as soon as you walk in. Ive been to other PT offices before and I always felt like I was at a doctors office. This place feels like a Spa! I would recommend this practice 100% you wont be disappointed.

I have had chronic issues with my shoulder after an accident years ago. After struggling with building strength and mobility for almost seven years, Louis Ezrick and the team at Evolve - Fit For Life not only made me feel better again, but they got me back into the gym. For someone who was always very active, this is a huge deal. Especially when I didnt think that would ever be possible. Now my strength is coming back, my weight is melting off, and I am truly on the road to full recovery. Thanks guys! You are amazing! -Will

Eager to take your $ and give little in return as far as rehab. I worked with Jeff Foronda, + he promises the world but delivers nothing. Zilch! Hes all mouth and lies + will say whatever it takes to get you to come back through the door again to take your $. Very expensive + overpriced for such little return on your investment in your health and rehab. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They dont care about you -- only whats in your wallet and what they can bill your insurance company. Stay well away!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! After my first visit, I was skeptical in going back due to the lack of customer attention and the therapist trying to tend to myself and another patient. I was a paying client and hoped that when I was scheduled for my appropriate time I wouldnt have to share my time. When I mentioned it, I was told that was the way they run things in a rude manner! I WILL NO BE RETURNING and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Evolve has healed me and changed my life. If youre willing to work and do your part you will see miraculous changes. My back and neck are pain free, I have lost weight gained muscle and confidence and continue to improve core, posture, and become fit for life. Jeff has treated me like family and takes care of me better than my own. If you dont get better there its because you arent helping yourself but all is possible there. Customer service is fantastic!

i went to Evolve with a minor back injury, Louie saw me right away and in no time i was 100% better and back to the gym. Louie really knows his stuff. The atmosphere is pleasant and you are really treated like a king there! I have sent many people to Eveolve and they all had the same result as i did.
