One of our neighbors recommend this Dr. Very highly and we chose to bring our cat to her because we care very much about our pets ... When we got to the vet office there were quite a few patients.... However we also noticed that everyone who was called in came out right away.. When it was our turn to go in with our cat It being the first time I was there I expected to have my cat get a " Full Complete Examination " I expected to see my cat being examined with a stethoscope ( Really listen to the heart, lungs,...Look into his "Eyes & Ears , Doing some swabbing to the Ears as I Explained that my cat suffers from Earmites & a good ear cleaning with swabs would have been the right thing to do,..... When I mean a Complete Examination, I mean a Complete Examination...!!!!!! Then do the Blood test because he is "Diabetic" !!!! My Sister & I were Applaud By the lack of interest in a first time patient and we were waiting to see if at some point she would do the proper Examination that was expected... However this ( Supposed Dr. that she has the nerve to call herself did nothing !!!!) Except for a blood test and nail trim ..... O Yes my cat was weighed but not by her either ( By her " Assistant"?) We are guessing.. We were expecting for her ) to say yes I have insulin here which I could sell you ... Even that would have been a great help.. However we were told to go to any pharmacy and we would be able to get it !!!!! At which point my sister and I both answered No we cant ... Pharmacys Dont carry pet insulin ....( She just brushed us off ) Id say we were in the Examining room a total of 15 minutes and after 7 months of my cat not having been to a vet , he really needed to be completely checked out by a veterinarian.. Obviously it became very clear to us that this person whom has the nerve to call herself a veterinarian needs to go back to school and brush up on her mannerisms and medical skills .... A 15 minute waste of time cost me $300+ and all my cat had was a blood test...!!!!! Shes got a good racket going on in her office ..No wonder she could see so many patients in and out and be done with working hours if she only takes 15 minutes with each pet and charges and arm and leg... Nice racket if you can get away with it.... I definitely wouldnt recommend this "Person to anyone of my many friends with pets !!!!!" After leaving the office Wednesday...We went back to drop off the name and phone number of the pharmaceutical that weve dealt with since December after our ( Real Veterinarian retired) and I left the phone # for the receptionist to call and Fax the scripts for insulin and syringes and she replied Nicely yes will do "!! 2 hours after we were home we got a call from the vet office saying that the reason Vetsource didnt accept their scripts was because the veterinarian office didnt deal with Vetsource !!!! That she was told that I as the owner should do the scripts electronically on my computer .... Of course I was polite to the receptionist and went along with what she said... However I/ we were furious because they are absolutely useless !!!!; As soon as I hung up the phone with this useless place .... I called Vetsource pharmacy and as all calls are recorded.... I asked them if they had received a phone call from" Faithful Friends Animal Hospital about my cat ( Sonnys) prescriptions and I was told : " No Vet by that name contacted them " Which was a lie that I was told on the phone by Faithful Friends office)!!!! I can assure you that if I would have paid by credit card I definitely would have stopped payment for the ( Zero) Services done to my cat ...!!!!!!on a scale from 1 to 10 Id definitely give this place a big 0 !!!! Shes a ripoff !!!!!! " A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL DEFINITELY LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE THEY ATTEMPT TO TRY FAITHFUL FRIENDS"!!! THERES NOTHING FAITHFUL ABOUT THIS PLACE OR THIS WANNABE DR,.

Terrible service beware !!! Unfortunately for my dog and I ,our wonderful vetinarian dr.Gordan retired a little over a year ago 5+ years no issues check up once a year This office I had 4 -visits already in one year the dog lost weight, no energy ,dog is sicker then he has ever been , rashes all over his body My first visit at this office they changed my dogs medicine that he was been taking for over 5+ Years On the "doctors orders" telling me that this new medication($60 per month from $30 I was paying) will be much healthier for the dog ,they also asked me to change his food multiple times $$$ all for nothing !!!... 4 visits later in 1 year of shots and more medication..my dog is in worse shape then I brought him in ..down 5-10lbs not eating rashes everywhere.. On 8/21/17 one month after my last ($150)visit plus meds ($60) I asked the nasty unprofessional secretary if we could switch back to the others medication because this dosent seem to be working to well .. She had the audacity to tell me " why have I been giving my dog this medication for a year if it dosent work " smh lol after explaining to this genius that I pay for a service From a veterinarian and i followed the orders that the "doctor" gave me she went in the back to speak to the doctor who never came out to speak to me himself instead he told her that he would not switch the medication unless I paid for and came in for another visit smh extortion Left office no medication at all !! dog still suffering I asked for a copy of my dogs records so I can go to another veterinarian office In which they said the where going to email Still no email Worse place I ever !!

I left a negative review before but it was deleted! At the beginning the service is great. But as soon as they get you the attitude appears and service gets pricy. I would not say that Dr. Caruso was a professional because she never gave clear information on dogs condition and everything was in a rush. My last appointment was my dog had a leg injury. The vet (I dont remember her name now) recommended a surgery would cost up to $3000. After showing the dog to the surgeon at the same office the surgery was not needed. I asked if we should put a bandage to prevent extra movements and let the leg heal, but it was not recommended due to puppys bone growth. After that I could not get the clear diagnose and had to wait for 5 months to get a copy of the surgeons report. Finally I got the report and it was said that I refused to put the bandage on the leg! Also I am not sure how diagnose was accurate, but since then the dog has chronic lameness. After all my and my friends experience at that office, I would say they care more about money than animals...

I agree with the bad reviews. The Vet Tech (I dont know if she still works there) was extremely loving and caring for the animals and very knowledged in animal handling. She handled my dog in the best way possible. Can almost say she could work for Cesar Milan! But the Vet was rushing, made my dog feel nervous, she got impatient every time my dog flinched due to her rushing. Her energy made me feel uncomfortable. I couldnt even ask questions because she was already rushing me out of her office. She prescribed some random anti-biotic pill. I feel like if she did get any good reviews, it would be from her loyal customers or anyone who has known her for a long time. Probably even people who were lucky enough to catch her in a good mood.
