I came here with 250 dollar voucher. Got my eye exam, which went smoothly. Then an employee told me shed be right with me and proceeded to chat with her coworker for a half hour. I would have been fine browsing on my own but all of the glasses were behind the counter. When she finally came over, I told her I was on a budget, so Id like to see frames that were on the cheaper side. The first frame she showed me was 500 dollars, or at least thats what she said. So I asked for the least expensive frame in the store, and she said it was 250$. I thought this was outrageous,so asked to just get my prescription. The employee informed me Id have to wait until the doctor came out to sign the prescription. The doctor sauntered out 30 minutes later without a clue that anyone was waiting for her, and walked right out the door for a lunch break.She finally got back and signed an incomplete prescription. If you want to waste your day by people who will try to sell you glasses for twice their actual price, go here.

They have a great doctor at the location who goes through everything while doing the exam and they take many many insurances. They have a very wide selection of frames and tell you about all the options you can have on your glasses in details, they are always smiling and very polite. I have to wear glasses all the time so I wanted something I would like, they accomadated me with my budget and I still got the look I wanted. Overall, I would def. recommend to everyone and go back myself.

I wasnt impressed with the service at Flatbush Optical because they gave me different pricing after I had my exams. Most places do charge for a contact lens exam, but I wasnt pleased with how the price seemed to have changed after it was determined that I had an astigmatism. Also, my stepfather has been here and they were very pushy with his eyeglass selection.

This is the kind of neighborhood location whose employees will always remember your name even if your last visit was over 2 yrs ago. They have great taste so you can be sure that you will leave the store with glasses that compliment your face. The thing I love most is that they seem to have the latest products for various budgets. I recommend them to the fullest

Very nice place!! Great selection of frames and what I like the most is a bargain possibility! You won`t hear typical "take it or leave it". Got what I wanted and want to say special thank you to a very knowledgeable doctor who explained to me my vision issues and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend to visit them.

They are very patient and professional, not pushy but offer you what you really need. I wear glasses for more than 15 years and tried many places but only this place i can recommend!
