TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. They all are extremely rude. They also try to charge your medical insurance for prescription and not your vision insurance. Why? Because they get much-much more from your medical If you try to push them for vision insurance they would basically tell you that they would not do the eye exam. They would almost scream at you!!! After talking to the manager we pressed them for vision insurance. That was not the end... We have great vision insurance that covers 100% of any most expensive lenses. They said we need to pay 30%!!! Bunch of liers and sceamers. They need to be investigated for insurance fraud.

I have no idea why people would give this place a bad review. I have been going to this place for years, to doctors as well as glasses. All the doctors are great, the service is wonderful and the staff is courteous. My eyesight was saved by the magnitude of knowledge of Dr.Vayner, as I had a very rare condition a few years ago which I didnt even know existed. I was given the right medication and was seen without appointment. I have been coming back every year with my entire family for regular checkups and am extremely happy with the services. Perhaps the other people who wrote reviews in poorly spelled English received better services in other countries.

Service is usually good, BUT, they gouge you. They are extremely expensive! They tried to charge our insurance $600+ for a routine eye exam that Did Not include a pair of glasses! Used them in the past, but never again, anywhere else you can walk away with an exam, glasses with progressive & transitional lenses for $300 +, not here. If you dont mind a place that inflates prices to the insurance, then try to force the declined amount $400 on the customers all without a pair of glasses in the price, this is the place for you. Youll get a much better deal elsewhere.

they are disgusting in attitude, they are rude, they are overpriced - triple other stores, the wait is ridiculous, i got my exam and was out of there , bc talking to them is not even worth it, i would rather pay and take my chances online. i did the eye exam bc my insurance covered it , otherwise i would never go there even for that. i am russian , so i understand how russian people are , but this was a horrible experience ever. BTW its was a 2.5 hr wait for an eye exam with 2 more visits to get prescription script.

I hate going to doctors’ offices. This one is no different. You must wait. I have an issue with waiting in general. That being said the people that work in this office are very helpful. The professionalism of the doctors is without question. The only reason I gave the office 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the wait. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the level of service. Even down to dealing with my insurance coverage issues. The people that work here have been fantastic. I would recommend this practice highly.

I read one of the reviews on here and got VERY turned off by the store but i decided to give it a try anyway. I came into the store for the first time to buy a pair of designer sunglasses for my husbands birthday. Nelly the sales person who helped me was amazing she spent a lot of time with me going through different pairs of sunglasses until i found the perfect pair. The price was cheaper then any other stores of shopped at. very nice warm place they were NOT pushy or stuck up at all!!

I trust this place because they have amazing eye doctors and great equipment. They never disappointed me. The service on the floor when they sell glasses and sunglasses is not the best one, some of the girls can be rude and unpleasant to talk to. But not all of them. And they can make new glasses in about 30 minutes (at least the ones that are covered by insurance) But the doctors are always nice. Overall a very good place.

Rude, unprofessional staff. Especially blond girl. She dont know difference between debit and credit card. She swept the card as credit and said to dial pin?! I said there is no pin for credit, then she start yelled at me.. Manager brought excuses to me and said that blond girl is little sick.. How come they put this kind of people in store.. Now I understand why is this place in low rating.. Never again!

Ive been there a couple times the doctors are always really nice, but the front staff has a tendency of being rude. The young women where you check in are nasty. The women and men that help with the glasses act like they dont want to be there and how dare you bother them. The couple girls that work at the desks are nice, and the technicians that assist the doctor are mostly nice except one.

Worst experience ever!! These people have broken hands!!! I bought Prada sunglasses with polarized custom leans. They polished 1/16 of the lens all over... Now you see clear 1/16 line between frame and leans.. UNPROFESSIONAL ... They probably know how to work with adult people and how to cash MEDICATE but when it comes to make something nice as it supposed to be THEY CANT..

Great doctors, but bad glasses shop. Bad glasses, awful customer service I had paid $60 out of pocket for a very poor quality material frame, that broke one week after buying it, maybe also the stress of holding the wrong lenses had broken the new frames. the lady didnt even come and say we are sorry about that. really didnt like the way they treat me when I went there.

Terrible place. Rude employees, all of them. And worst of all they refused to give up the name of their supervisor/manager to answer a few of our questions even after numerous attempts. Take your business elsewhere, Im sure there are other eye care centers in Brooklyn that can give you better service.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable . very accommodating. Needed glasses but live out of state, girl there went out of her way to make sure I get them. Really, an excellent place. Been going for 2 years now, will def be coming back. I highly recommend this place. Very happy with them.

Before going here do youre research and look around, because there are a good majority of places that wont rip you off and are more patient and reasonable with theyre customers and prices that are not just trying to make a profit and sell you what you dont need.

Literally the worst eye doctor!!! It took my am hour to see if I needed glasses, and then an hour and a half to actually see another doctor to find out my eyesight. Ridiculous

Very bad service! Spend in store 3 hours for doctors and ordering of glasses. All instructions and promises told us was wrong after this. Do not suggest this business.
