Ive been coming to Raymond Opticians since I was in high school. However, I will be gnu else where for my appointment now. My last visit was very pleasant with the Dr. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes (my eyesight has not changed since my last visit in 2014). It is the office staff that is what is turning me away. At my last visit I was diagnosed with an Astigmatism is both eyes, and it is a lot worse in the left. When I went to go pick up my contacts they were not for Astigmatism and if I wore them things would be hard for me to focus on. When I called them about it, the secretary (I have no idea who I delt with) told me that I never had an Astigmatism. Thats funny because Im looking at my last box of contacts and it says "for Astigmatism". After she looked further she found where that prescription was. Not only did she not apologize for the mistake, but she gave me an attitude like it was my fault that they ordered the wrong type of lenses. When I went to pick up the correct lenses, again I was given an attitude as soon as she learned who I was and then I was told if I wanted the other two boxes I had to pay $75. Their communication is non-existent and I will not be bring them any business there anymore, which is a shame because I really enjoyed seeing that Doctor. Oh well......

Doctor was great she answered all my questions and was pleasant. The the staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Got my glasses in less then a week even though they said it could take up to 14 days. Very satisfied overall I would go back and recommend to others

Staff isnt interested with listening to their customers needs. The staffs only focus is to maximize the sale. They kept trying to sell me things I said I didnt want or need.
