I went there about a few times, knowing theres no or less wait time ( that says a lot already ) and every time I go there workers there are either chatting on the phone ( talking about how big their kids got, etc, obviously something NOT work-related ), or eating something, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When I went to pick up my new eyeglasses the nose pads were not matching so I asked to fix it - I was hoping theres someone in the back whos at least somewhat skilled/handy to do it, but the same unprofessional lady ( I think shes on meds, shes unusually SLOW to do anything) just took the frame from my hand and tried to yank the pad off, only to BREAK the darn wire piece that attaches the pad to the main frame. ALL SHE SAID WAS OOPS", and she just pointed at a store policy saying [ not responsible for any frames purchased outside ]. I understand thats the norm in the business, but the attitude and their lack of customer service/unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable!!!! Also on a separate case I purchased a frame with prescription lenses with some additional options ( thinning process for the lenses, anti-glare, etc )but at the time of payment I just saw one big hand-written price on a piece of paper so I asked for an itemized price list - but the older lady who helped me then somehow took it VERY PERSONAL and yelled [ I AINT NO THIEF! IM NOT SHORTCHANGING YOU!]....I just wanted to understand the price, thats all.... I seriously believe this company never train their employees. Its just conveniently located ( right next to DMV ) so if you wanna go there just for an eye exam maybe, but NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER EVER deal with the super idiots that work there. Its guaranteed theyll ruin your day AND YOUR GLASSES. I still dont know what to do with the frame with broken piece...GRRR. I wish theyll close down. OH YEAH, and the optometrists there are terrible too, so far ive seen 3 of them, 1 man, 2 women, the guy doctor was busy with AOL chat, one of the female doc just described my eyes are in a mess - I had to ask for more detailed, professional explanation as to what treatments needed and what not, and the other female doc is the only so-so. they must hate their job, working with those dummies....

I went with my children around September 2015 for the annual eye exams. The staff was rude unorganized and the doctor was speeding through the exams. ( why, I waited so long, well I am fuming now as it just came to mind since I had to go back for a new eye exam). Exam was completed (in a rush) then I told them I wanted a print out of my prescription as I would go somewhere else for the glasses. I was told that I had to order my and the children glasses and pay my bill fist before I could get my prescription. I searched for the cheapest glasses (even though the lady at the counter kept pushing $200+ glasses on me). I ordered the glasses using my insurance and then waited for my kids. Got told the same bull$h!+ and ordered theirs too. Well about 2 weeks my glasses were ready…. Got the call and went there they search the entire store to locate my glasses, same thing with the older one; I did get our prescription though, written on a piece of post it. Then I waited for the younger ones glasses and still nothing. Here we are 7 months later and still nothing. I have called; I have been there, and still nothing. Now today I called again and they told me to come in on Monday at 10... You know once I leave work I am going there. Thats $90.... I am fuming!!!!

Horrible! Do NOT SHOP HERE! Rude, overly expensive for no reason, they give incorrect information. Tried to force me to get an exam when I have my prescription written on prescription form from my Opthalmologist. Tried again to force me. Wouldnt accept the prescription unless it was hard copy. Even though I bought my last pair of glasses there with very same prescription. Smug aloof dont seem to care that they are losing your business. Do not waste your time. Refused to give me a breakdown of what would be covered by insurance and what I would have to pay. Kept saying dont worry Ill give you a break its a discount Ill take care of you. Really?! No they are crooks!

Youd be better off just being blind than trusting this place...my glasses arrived damaged, which they said was from the insurance company. I got a call telling me my new pair had arrived, I go to the store and they say they arent there. No one follows up with me, when I call back they are telling me that theyre real busy, but when I walk in, no one is there. Then to top it off, the lady gets rude with me, telling me she will deal with it tomorrow, cause its late and she needs to go home. The WORST customer service I can remember in recent history. Im not even sure if my prescription is correct... Avoid this Place!

They are unbelievably slow and thoroughly uninterested in providing good quality, much less timely service to their customers. I have never visited this location and been satisfied with the all out lazy unconcerned attitude of the staff there. The optometrist herself was excellent, but going through the staff just to get in to see her is just beyond infuriating. Do not waste your time going to this place for glasses. They will not provide anything in the way of assistance with selection, care, or even basic adjustments to have the frames fit properly to your face.

This has been one of the worst places in terms of customer service and appearances. The older african lady, shes money hungry and wouldnt explain anything just wantsto rush you through everything. The place wasnt even busy so I didnt understand it. Granted I wasnt the one getting the glasses, it was my mom but I felt like there was no patience or help finding the glasses. I shouldve left and not get the glasses from that place. Lesson learned I should have read the reviews before entering such a horrible place. No stars from me!!!

I went in and after two exams by two different doctors over a period of 5 weeks I still didnt get my prescription. Totally disgusted and confused with the lack of customer service and constant lies. One star is really too good for this group!

Its says they open at 10-10:30 on Saturday here it is almost 11 they still not open they rush you to pay for your glasses up from but cant even open on time wen you suppose to pick up your glasses

Worst place ever. If I can give no stars I would. Its 5:15 and they say it close at 6:00pm. I have called several times and they are so rude and nasty when answering the phone.
