I recently went over here to enroll in the medical insurance. They seemed a little bit disorganized. Then when I went to have my photo ID picture taken, they made a rude remark about my picture. They werent very clear on trying to help answer all my questions. Not exactly an ideal way to treat veterans. But then again when it comes to the US government what else is new?
