As someone that has high expectations of customer service dental, medical or other, Westermeier and Martin Dental delivers ! They specialize in high fear patients or just like me someone that does not want to sit in a dental chair! From the minuet you walk in the door, you can see and feel the difference. The warm and welcoming setting with tremendous attention to detail will put you at ease immediately. The staff is friendly professional and attentive and go over and beyond for your comfort. call them today to see for yourself - its free 1st visit - exam, xrays, treatment plan insurance checks or they will find away for you to finance it start with one tooth or do everything under sedation !!!! they understand and work up a plan just for you ".Who does that " plus a free coffee and hand massage" are you kidding me, dont go anywhere else

This is the most kind and caring dentist Ive ever went to. They catered to my every need. I had some personal things going on and had to see Dr. Martin every 3 weeks. Because of my circumstances there were many times I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. They were totally understandingredients and quickly got me in at my convince. They became like family worrying about how I was doing with my situation and was always very compassionate. His assistant Lisa was also very kind and never hesitated to accommodate my needs. I now no longer suffer from sinus headaches along with having straight teeth in only 5 months from aclear white braces you couldnt see. I will continue going for all my dental needs and every time I smile Ill think of Westimere Martin Dental who made my smile what it is today!

In the past I had a negative experience with a different dentists office where the hygenist was rude and yelled at me for nearly a half hour straight. I was very relucatant to go to a dentist after that and between that and a busy schedule it had been 3 (maybe more??) years since I had seen one. I went to Westermeier & Martin after my mother had a great experience for cosmetic denistry there. I could not have been more happy! They know people dont enjoy the dentist and they will not lecture you no matter how long it has been since you last have been to the dentist. They were fantastic and nice and made sure you were truly comfortable! I had a few issues and they ended up squeezing me in later that same week for a filling!

I would travel from Florida again to have all my dental concerns taken care of. I was in pain and was told in Florida my tooth had to be extracted, and today I had a root canal . The procedure was addressed with so much care, and concern with a loving ear to all my concerns! I am so happy and am pain free!!!!I had a ski incident years ago with my front tooth and even after all these years, the beautiful work Dr. Scott Westermeier on my tooth is still beautiful.....its worth my travel from Colorado and Florida to have all my dental issues addressed by Westermeier Martin Dental Care

Dr. Jammal is the Van Gogh of dentistry... I had a visit for a chipped front tooth and Dr. Jammal took the time to be sure I was happy before he called it finished. Not only did he take the time to make my smile great he also was thoughtful in talking with me prior to getting down to business. In todays fast paced society its so refreshing to have a doc take that extra bit of time to check in and find out how you are. I have been a patient of both Dr. Jammal and Dr. Whipple now and I would recommend both to anyone I care about! :)

Friendly: greeted by a lovely receptionist who actually ran to her post to sign me in and offer me a very good cup of coffee, escorted to an examining room, nicely decorated and not like any examining room Ive ever seen to have an X-ray taken with a hand held camera. The best part was when Dr. Westermeier came in and I realized that the really nice picture on the wall was really a wide screen TV. The X-ray was put up and provided the focal point of the exam. Very nice and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience

Everyone that works there as well as the dentists are all wonderfully nice people. They do their jobs very well. I have a dental phobia and they are all very helpful to me. I am extremely happy I chose Westermeier Martin Dental. If anyone is afraid of the East Aurora location, there is no problem finding office. You get off the route 400 and office is only a couple of blocks. No driving around East Aurora looking for it. So location is a major plus. I think they now have office on Sheridan. I highly recommend.

Love this place and all the doctors and staff! I had all my teeth pulled and all implants put in on September 28th 2015. They have all been so caring and making sure Im always doing well. Today was my visit to see how my implants held up. Took off top express smile and implants held up and so strong and gums look so healthy. Bottom all implants held up except one. They said it happens when I have so many implants done at once. Got a new implant put in today. Now just waiting for it start the healing process.

I brought my mother, with late stages Alzheimers, for a sedation consult to fill a few cavities. She could not understand or endure that procedure in her current condition. Sedation was the only alternative. The entire staff and dentist at W&M were incredible with her. Kind, understanding and thorough. Ive never experienced anything like that in a physicians office. Outstanding! Even though its an hour drive from us I would recommend their practice to anyone looking for high quality dentistry.

Today I had an appointment just for a cleaning but when they checked the inside of my mouth they realized that I needed alot of work that had to be done. This I already knew . What I was so happy about today was that even though I only had an appointment for a cleaning they had someone there who could atleast start the work that I needed done so I got 2 fillings done. I was so grateful that they were able to get started cause I need so much work that has to be done. Thank you so much.

I had a tough time dealing with going to the dentist. The process thus far has been amazing. The dentists really make you feel at ease which is comforting. Also my personal dental assistant Wanda has been just fantastic. She really knows how to take care of all of her patients needs. I can say that first hand. Her smile alone can brighten up someones day, and its been a real treat having her take care of me through out this process! Thank you Wanda and staff.
