My son Caige was in Saturday 1/16/16 with his father to have the appliance put in his mouth for the 1st time & 4 braces put on his front teeth. Caige was not being very cooperative as he was nervous & it made it difficult for Dr. Bach. They only put the appliance in his mouth not the braces. They knew the left side might not be in too secure & told my husband call if it came out. It did come out later that day, so I left a message on the office machine, not the emergency number. Sunday, Dr. Bach called from his cellphone to check on Caige. Him & I already had spoken on the phone Saturday after Caige left the office with my husband re: how that appt went & what the next steps would be with Caige. I told Dr. Bach appliance was off on the 1 side when he called Sunday, he didnt even know I left a message. He was calling on his own to check on Caige. He told me to come in at 6:00pm that night & he would fix it! What am AMAZING dr.!!! He called us on a Sunday & then opened the office just for us & in the snow!!!! That appt was great!!! Caige was not as nervous & we had an EXCELLENT visit, just the 3 of us! Dr. Bach even put the 4 braces on the front teeth while we were there!! I have been telling anyone I talk to what an exceptional man/dr. he is! I liked the office from our initial visit, but this just put it on a whole new level! Im looking forward to all Caiges treatments here & have 6 year old triplet boys that might be patients as well down the line! Thank you Dr. Bach!!!! We love you! :)

I highly recommend Bach Grazina Orthodontics. As an adult, I was experiencing some jaw pain from my bite and decided it was time to make my life better. I took advantage of the complimentary consultation and was impressed from the start. Bach Grazina employs modern technology to review, plan, and monitor the structure of all aspects of your mouth and teeth. They took the time to review all my options and plan the path forward that would work for me. During the course of treatment, Dr. Vic closely monitored the plan he had laid out and continued to make adjustments till we reached the goal of a perfectly aligning bite. I can certainly appreciate the attention to detail as the results now speak for themselves. In addition to the superb orthodontic work, one of the best parts of dealing with Bach Grazina is the wonderful staff. The entire office is committed to making the experience of having orthodontic work completed as pleasurable as possible. I thank Dr. Vic and staff for their commitment to making this a great experience.

I went to the orthodontist today to pick up my retainer and was in and out in under 10 minutes. It was easy, fast, and they were very accommodating. Also, dr. Vic and his staff made me a second retainer to take to my dads house for free. But dr. Vic is not just your average orthodontist. He was not only determined to get my teeth straight. He also took the time out of his busy schedule to sit down and talk to me about research that I was doing for my science fair project when I was in fifth grade. He even let me interview him to add to my project. Overall, I give this orthodontist 5 stars not only because I am happy about how they transformed my teeth to make them look nicer, but also because they make me feel so welcomed and comfortable every time I walk into their door and hear that bell ring.

Dr. Vic and his staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. At the end of our initial appointment my daughter and I were inspired to start treatment. I thought my daughter would have to have teeth pulled before she got braces because her teeth were so crowded. Dr. Vic takes a more conservative approach, which I wholly support. Elsa got to keep all of her permanent teeth! Dr. Vic is obviously passionate about what he does and is a life learner, positioning himself on the cutting edge of his profession. I cannot think of any reason why I wouldnt give him 10 stars out of 10!

Dr. Vic and staff are the best! The office is clean, appointments are kept on time and Dr. Vic always makes my son laugh and feel good about having to visit. This is our second time using Dr.Vic, and both times hes been great! My oldest son had braces, and Dr. Vic took care of all the minor problems with no additional charges. Were just finishing Invisalign with my second son and its been a great experience. My children have never complained about going to appts because theyre always fun and painless! Two thumbs up for Dr. Vic and his cheerful staff!

Dina & Dr. Vic were both really approachable and informative about the treatment. The entire intake procedure was very thorough. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I especially appreciated how they related to my son on his level, instead of just speaking to me. And I loved how they put a special sign on the door welcoming the new patients that day - my son being one of them! We felt like guests of honor from the moment we walked in the door. Thank you for all of the effort and thought you put into your practice.

Always a wonderful visit even if theres "not so good news". Dr. Vic and the staff are so pleasant that you dont mind hearing about a hiccup in the road or a change of plans. I have a stubborn tooth that wont behave and Dr. Vic continues to keep working on it for me. My son is 10 and was a ball of nerves when he first had his braces on and still will show anxiety when we go for his visit but the staff and Dr. Vic are so great with him that he is now much more calm at each visit. A great staff providing great smiles!

Having a child who was terrified of dentist we knew we needed to find someone who would be patient and ease him into what was needed to be done. Thankfully Dr Bach has this type of laid back personality and massive sense of humor. He ended up no needing to get braces but our daughter did and we knew just where to go. After her treatment and he maintanence visit we are super pleased with everyone in the office and by the result we got we know our money was well spent!! I would highly recommend the office.

My six year old son was recently seen in this office and I have to say I was thoroughly pleased. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that he felt comfortable. The staff and the doctor explained to him each step as the went through them which helped lessen his nerves. I loved the fact that everyone engaged him instead of addressing everything to me. Wonderful first visit and I look forward to our son being treated by this practice!

Dr Vic came to the rescue ! We had our 6 year old in for a consultation. We were having a hard time getting her to cooperate for a necessary X-ray. Dr Vic came in & told her about the machine, then proceeded to get into the machine & explain what it did. She trusted him enough to give it a go - SUCCESS ! My husband is still saying how impressed he is with the office atmosphere, friendly staff & of course our hero, Dr Vic.
