Wasnt sure what to expect after transition from Empire Vision. I was very impressed! From Brandon greeting upon entering, to very minimal wait time, doctor was excellent (first name started with A...), contact lens person, and eyeglass frame person. All were clear, specific, not rushed (and it was very busy). Great experience.

They ruined my glasses. I was in to order a new pair and figured while I was there Id have the current pair adjusted (they were not purchased there). When the lady gave them back they lenses looked wet so I figured they just cleaned them. Nope. When I put them on it was like wearing a kaleidoscope.

Very friendly and helpful. When the switch from Empire to Visionworks happened, it wasnt as smooth as usual so be prepared to start from square 2. Still, really nice staff and SUPER Doctors
