I highly recommend Dr.Tony Tsai if anyone is looking for a great doctor he is the one to go to!!! Dr.Tsai is an amazing doctor and he was the only doctor that was able to diagnosis me correctly Im so glad that I found him I dont know what I would do with out him. Dr. Tsai is a doctor who knows what he is talking about and I trust him , its hard to find a good doctor that you can trust , he is so caring and detailed oriented , he is also a straight forward doctor who will tell you exactly what you need to do and what will work best , he really cares about his patients and the patients well being!! He first treated me for endometriosis and then he helped me achieve pregnancy being that my husband and I were unable to be successful on our own. We tried on our own for a while with TI and then with fertility meds before finally deciding to do ivf ,though it was a long process it was so worth it!! Today was my last appointment with him being that we were successful in achieving a healthy pregnancy through ivf and today we graduated from the fertility clinic!!! I will truly miss Dr. Tsai and his staff !! The staff is so helpful and caring and they make sure the process goes smooth for you and everyone there is so nice !!! I cant say it enough Dr. Tsai is the doctor to go to if your looking for a great loving caring doctor he is amazing !!! Thank you Dr.TSai and Team !!!

Being a physician myself, I know how important and crucial these reviews can be. I have never left a negative review but after the treatment that we received at this clinic, I felt obligated to share my thoughts. To be honest, Dr. Tsai is a very knowledgable and experienced physician. The reason why I had such a negative experience is due to his staff. His front desk staff are horrible in person and over the phone. They show complete disrespect to patients, drop calls, put you on hold and then drop calls. Always answer with an attitude and frankly dont care about their patients. They say they will call back and never do. They wouldnt even provide a wifi password because they stated "it slows down their computers". Customer service is non existent, and in their area of service it should be the number one priority because the people who are in need of their services are in need of all the love and care they can receive. They also push the most expensive services and nullifying all the options that were available. IVF is the last resort to our problem and after obtaining a second opinion we are undergoing other means that we have available to us in a very friendly and comfortable environment.

My experience with doctor Tsai was simply amazing! My husband & I went to him because we wanted to have a baby but were unable to because my tubes are tied. On our first consolation he was very patient in giving us all the information as to what were our options. He wxplained that I can have a procedure to reverse the tibal ligation or we could do IVF. We decided to do IVF When I had egg retrieval he discovered that I had polyps in my uterus & he had to schedule me for surgery to remove them before we could do our embryo transfer. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant with our little miracle. Dr Tsai was so caring & professional during the whole process. Im extremely thankful that we found him I couldnt have wished for a better Fertility doctor. His staff is also amazing so polite and friendly. I would always look forward to my appointments with Dr Tsai. I highly recommend anyone that is seeking for an excellent fertility doctor look no more & go see Dr Tsai.

Let me start by saying thank you to everyone who wrote such great reviews about Dr. Tsai because it really helped my husband and I with such a tough decision of finding a doctor who could help us with our fertility issues. We absolutely adore this man!! He is very knowledgeable in his field and he is a straight shooter. I know some said he talked too much but thats one of his aspects I appreciated the most because he took the time to really discuss all diagnosis and solutions with you whereas most doctors give you medical talk and rush you out of the office. Another great thing about this office is the staff. Everyone who we interacted with was super polite and friendly. We could not have asked to be apart of a better medical team especially when youre trying to accomplish something so important as starting a family. I will continue to recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone and everyone I know.

Dr. Tsai is the best! I came to see him for infertility associated with my pcos. He really listened to my concerns and clearly laid out all of my options. He was very proactive and wanted us to be successful as soon as possible. He was also extremely straightforward, which I appreciated. I came in weekly for about three months of monitoring through every stage of the process. All it took was one round of T.I and two IUIs before we found out I was expecting twins! My fiance and I are so greatful because we never thought it would finally happen, let alone twins. I also cant say enough good things about his office staff, especially Noel, Rose and Jenny. They were all so helpful and always pleasant. Although the wait time can sometimes be a bit long if the office is full, Id recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone wanting to start a family right away.

Dr. Tony Tsai was absolutely the best doctor ever. He is knowledgeable, considerate and funny. Its tough for all mommy-to-be to go through all those procedures during treatment and he is obliviously here to make you feel better in the most miserable period. The staffs were great, special thanks to Rose and Noel, you two have been a great help to me. I saw people complaint about the long wait during phone call and no return call. Its very typical this happen for doctor office with lots of patients. We are no VIP sitting in the business class, be more patient and understanding. They are working to improve their service, there are few times that I received calls from Rose at 8PM to tell me about the lab result. What more can you ask for, the staffs are doing their best and I appreciate their work effort.

Try not letting the look and feel of Dr. Tsais office deter you. I went to him twice and he got us pregnant on the second IVF. He does things little less conventionally but it worked! He is very skilled in what he does, i never felt uneasy when he was performing and of my extractions or transfers. He made me feel super at ease which is different than my last experience at another practice. just trust what he says, and def follow up and dont be afraid to ask questions because sometimes as the patient you have to do that in order to get answers. Some of his front desk staff are quite rude but thats ok they arent there to get you pregnant. Noel, jenny and Rose are all great. Just go in there knowing what it is you want and let dr tsai handle the rest. Believe in his efforts and keep an open mind!
