I have been going to Dr. Kaplanskys office for YEARS! My entire family has gotten fabulous care at this office. Dr. Kaplansky and his staff have treated all of my children since they were very young. The staff and Dr. Kaplansky are always so kind, accommodating, caring, and professional. They are able to meet all of my familys needs, even with our busy schedules! I cannot say enough about care that my family and I receive. My daughter had her braces through this office, and it was a great experience each and every time we had to go in (whether planned or unplanned). When my son needed braces, he was referred out --a great sign to me when a doctor or dentist feels that the care can best be managed by another specialist. I do not wish to have my one bad tooth pulled---and it was completely in my hands to decide if I wanted it out or not (I was presented the risks versus benefits). Dr. Kaplansky is always honest and straight forward about what your options are for care. He is not after an easy dollar for those who arent well versed in dentistry. I greatly appreciate the honest services that he provides. I cannot say enough--The office is so friendly, honest and caring...and are always smiling..... great job to all of you. I am proud to tell people that I go to Dr. Kaplansky. Awesome!!

After years of no insurance or dental care, I went to Dr. K to see about getting rid of the bad teeth and getting dentures. Going in with a lot of dental damage can be very intimidating and most people, like me, put it off until an emergency with pain. Turns out there was no embarrassment at all. Everyone from receptionist to technicians and financial specialist were just amazing! I felt very comfortable and everyone was attentive to my needs and comfort. I have many friends and family members who are patients so I trusted Dr. Kaplanskys expertise and advice. He really helped me understand all my options, now and in the future, by explaining every detail patiently and fully. The office is modern (even free Wi-Fi and a video game tv for restless children) and spotlessly maintained. This is professionalism with a warm, friendly touch! I feel Im in very good hands!

I had my first visit and will NEVER return. The front office staff, while polite and personable, were misleading when scheduling my appointment. I went in with the understanding my issue would be addressed that day. On the contrary, I had an assessment and nothing more. The dentist himself was rude, insulting, and condescending. In a five minute assessment he managed to lose thousands of dollars in potential work from my family and myself. Dont plan on any needs being met in a timely fashion. Expect several appointments with a hygienist before having any actual work done was what I was told by this dentist. I only live moments away from this office but will make a point of driving much further to be treated with courteous and professional behavior. I would never recommend this practice.

Dr. Kaplansky is by far the best dentist that my husband and I have been to! My teeth look better than they have ever before! He is thorough with you and takes his time to make sure the job gets done right! His office is immaculate and there are TVs in every room and even on the ceiling to make it a little more comfortable for you, because lets face it we all hate going to the dentist! Dr. Kaplanskys staff is amazing as well! They make every effort to make you feel comfortable, whether it is greeting you as you come in the door or numbing your mouth so you dont feel the shot you get for a procedure. The staff have even called to check on us the next day after a procedure. Its definitely a great place for the whole family to go for all your dentistry needs!

My review of Dr Kaplansky is from the perspective of someone who works on behalf of the employees for some of their employee insurance benefits for the past 3 years Having 13 years of experience with Aflac and working for numerous businesses in the WNY area, a true sign of a great business is one where there is no employee turnover, the staff is always in a great mood, and who all speak highly of their boss It is 100% evident that this is what occurs at Dentistry by Dr. Kaplansky! I know he has a great reputation as well among his patients as Aflac is a provider of Dental Insurance who I have clients who use his services and rave about his work If youre seeking a Dentist in the Lockport / Gasport NY area .. its an easy choice...Dr Kaplansky!

This past week I had a double root canal performed by Dr. Kaplansky. I was very nervous going in from what people had been telling me. I had a great experience! Dr. Kaplansky and his dental assistant Kerrie put me at ease right away and were very patient with my anxiety. The procedure only took a little over an hour and did not cause me any undue pain. All the staff at this office are amazing, friendly and compassionate! I am always takin in on time, my appointments are timely and I am always told the exact amount I will be expected to pay when I arrive. Going to the dentist always brings some fear of the uknown, but Dr. Kaplanskys and his staff make even a trip to the dentist almost fun!!

I just had a professional Kor whitening treatment (deep bleaching system), the whole treatment was easy to use. The kit comes with custom trays and desensitizer solution to protect your teeth from sensitivity. I am so happy with my result and love how well it worked. I also had some teeth reshaping and bonding done a bit later on. I also wear a Silent Night Guard to bed. It helps prevent my throat from feeling dry and sore in the morning. Dr. Kaplansky is an awesome dentist and makes you feel comfortable. He always asked if I was Ok and explained what he was doing. All staff are so professional and nice. I already recommended his office to my friends and family.

Dr. Kaplansky and his staff are well trained in customer service, dental practices, as well as making you feel like more than a number while you are in the office. They take your time into consideration for appointments and I have never had to wait for an appointment. If my appointment is at 8:00 a.m., I am in the chair at 8:00 a.m. I would never think of going anywhere else for my dental needs. I continue to refer his practice to everyone I speak with. They truly care about you as an individual. I no longer dread my dental appointments and look forward to them. Trish Mroz

My family have been seeing Dr. Kaplansky for years. Dr. Kaplansky is one of the best dentist around, the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable and the professionalism of the staff is incredible. They know how to make you feel welcome. I am impressed with the technology and the performance of the entire staff. My son even loves going to the dentist and that says a lot. Thank you Dr. Kaplansky for the professional hospitality and how you have helped me with my education to. We feel we get the best dental care around and I do recommend his office to family and friends.
