As an owner of a cat who always has some sort of issue (I swear, Im changing his name from Porter to Murphy because anything that can go wrong with him, will), I make trips to Millersport Small Animal Clinic quite often (at least every 4-6 weeks for his asthma shot). Dr. Malo and Dr. Mendolera are fantastic and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Recently, I could tell something was definitely wrong with my cat and called the vet even though I knew they had closed about 5 minutes beforehand. They still answered and told me to bring Porter in right away. They stayed late so they could run some tests and an ultrasound on him. I ended up having to bring him back in the next day and leave him for three days and the staff called me each day to update me on how he was doing. They took great care of him and I was completely comfortable leaving him in their hands. When I was still concerned about him the day after I picked him up, Dr. Malo told me to bring him in and stayed late again so he could check to make sure he was ok so I wouldnt have to take him to the emergency vet (and spend a lot more money by doing so). Theyve also called just to check up on him and see how hes been doing since then. They truly care about the animals they see! I highly recommend them!

I started going to Millersport Small Animal Clinic a few months ago. I have been traveling as far as Colden, Darien Lake, Bennington, and Orchard Park from Williamsville trying to find a vet I liked and I could trust. This animal hospital was recommended to me by a couple of friends. It is right around the corner from my home, and little did I know what a great veterinary practice was so close to me! I am so impressed by both Drs. Malo and. Mendolera. Their love for pets, their diagnostic care for animals, and their reasonable prices are outstanding. I am so fortunate that I was referred to them by my friends, and thankful they are in Getzville, literally a couple of miles from me. No longer will I be travelling 35-60 min. to find a compassionate, intelligent vet who truly loves animals. I highly recommend this practice!

Great staff, excellent care!! Dr. Ron is so thorough and compassionate about the animals--our aging dog Nikki loved him and his staff!! I cant recommend this clinic highly enough. Ive been through the money mills--vet clinics where draining the pockets of clients is their first concern---not so here! Our dog was given excellent care. Thank you very much Dr. Ron and staff!!

We have been taking our pets here for at least 12 years. The care that the doctors and staff have given our pets has been exemplary. The sympathy that they have shown us when we lost our cat 12 years ago and our beloved dog 2 weeks ago was priceless. I wouldnt take our familys pets anywhere else! Theyre fantastic here. They really care about the animals. When our older cat had kidney stones, they really tried to work with us on surgery costs and seeing what smaller amount we might be able to afford and not just handing us an invoice. Theyve been great with our dog as well. Highly, highly recommended!

I called with a sick cat that wasnt their patient, and they fit him in same day. Super nice staff and Dr. Mendolera is a great Vet. She knew what was wrong and got Puffy back on his feet fast. I also appreciated that they didnt try to push add on sales. Price was very fair, and I am their customer for life.

I take my dogs here for everything I had to recommend them great prices their customer service is friendly understanding and they dont sell you things that you dont need for your animal like other places do. I like that they dont push things on you and make you feel guilty if you cant afford something.
