My cat was running a fever and I just moved to Raleigh so I was unsure of where to go. I read the reviews for this place, called and they were able to fit me into their schedule in 30 minutes. I got there and EVERYONE, I mean everyone was extremely nice. They took our information, called our old vet and got our cats information. I didnt have to do anything. In about five minutes we were taken to our room and in three minutes the vet came. She was kind and treated our cat with every respect possible. She spoke to us clearly and understandably. She didnt use medical terms that would confuse us and she told us step by step what could be happening with our cat. She talked to him and sympathized when he didnt enjoy getting his temperature taken. The vet assistant was welcoming and knowledgeable also. We were out of the vet in 30 minutes. He got his two shots and the vet said she would personally call the next day to check on our cat. I cant imagine a better vet for our cats in this area. I was completely blown away by their care.

I have been coming to Falls Village since 2001, (thats 15 YEARS!) and have had nothing but WONDERFUL, POSITIVE experiences with all the vets and staff that work there. They have taken care of my golden retrievers and my german shepherd like no one else. Kind, animal-loving, knowledgeable staff that clearly love what they do! Dr Greene came out to put my older golden, Rosie, down in the comforts of her home, and now she is the veterinary sponsor for my younger golden, Sandy, in the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study. My shepherd, Boone, just adores everyone there - I have never seen a dog so excited to go to the vet as he is! If you have large dogs and are looking for a comfortable, friendly, and thorough veterinary experience, I PROMISE this is the place for you in Raleigh!

Dr Suzy Brink is caring, kind and knowlegable. She has been my vet for many years; first with my goldens who she helped through old age and illness and now for our newest family member, another golden. I trust her completely and know that she has my golden girls best interest at heart. The staff are all very warm and friendly every time we visit. I couldnt think of a better place for anyone to take their four legged family members! The prices at Falls Village Vet are reasonable and well worth the exceptional customer service, affection and medical attention that every dog and cat deserve. Scheduling is made easy and convenient for my busy life. All of the vets on staff are professional, talented, kindhearted and attentive. Best veteranary practice in Raleigh!

If you take your pets to FVVH, they will receive excellent treatment from staff who clearly love animals and care about their work. They are extremely flexible with scheduling, and the facility is clean and accessible. A few months ago, we took our eldest dog for a check-up. Shed lost lots of weight and most of her hair had fallen out. Due to her advanced age (12 years old), we feared that wed lose her. Dr. Sherrod ran some tests and diagnosed Sunny with sarcoptic mange; her subsequent treatment led to Sunnys full recovery. I cannot recommend FVVH enough. If their prices are high, its only commensurate to the treatment your pets will receive.

I have never in my life been to a better vet. They saved my dogs life when I brought him here on an emergency and they were just so nice and comforting and went above and beyond to make sure that my dog was okay. Weve been seeing them for about two years now (after seeing some other not so good vets in the area). You never wait long, everyone is extremely nice, and the vets are always wonderful at making your dog feel comfortable. They always charge fairly and if you have any questions, they will answer them over the phone if possible and save you the visit and a lot of money. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot believe anyone would ever rate this vet less than 5 stars. We have been going here for 5 years and have NEVER EVER had a bad experience. Dr. Lewis is the best - she saved our dog when our other vet misdiagnosed her problem. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. Have no idea if the prices are too "high" in comparison - I only know that they take excellent care of my dog and thats worth any price to me. I dont skimp on health care for myself and I wont for my pet either. Some things are important. These people are the BEST!!

Been bringing pets to FVV since 1974, when Dr Ellis had just opened his practice behind Falls Village Shopping Center. I would never bring my pets anywhere else. Love this place and the vets---Dr. Lewis ( retired), Dr. Brink are the BEST in the field. I would not stay with a vet office for 43 years if I did not think they were the best for me and my animals. Please keep up the GREAT work!

They posted that they were closed until 1:30 for a meeting. I didnt get in until 1:50 after a rude lady (1:45) said it would be a little bit. Ive taken my dogs there for over 10 years but not anymore. I rescue dogs and understand why this is not where we take them now. An apology does not make up for rude treatment. They need to understand that customer service is important.

The staff and Dr. Bridges were so helpful and took their time with my dog and I. I had a lot of questions about dental procedures and they not only answered every question I had, but also addressed other topics I hadnt thought about. It was an overall very positive experience and Ill be taking all of my pets there from now on. Thank you for the great service!

There are not enough words for how much I like the staff here, especially Dr. Sherrod. They are compassionate, funny, and Dr. Sherrod is a great problem solver. Ive been taking kitties to them for almost 5 years and trust them completely. We moved across town, but its worth it to keep taking our cats to them instead of finding a new vet.

We went with FVV because our breader recommend them. We stayed because they are great. They all truely care, every procedure was followed up with a call from the attending vet. And when, unfortunately end of life came, they were here in 30 minutes for us and our dog. Awesome group of careing professionals.
