Most of the staff is great however the secretary is not a nice person and I have heard several other people that refuse to go there due to her rudeness. Tim needs to hire someone who is more friendly and polite. She is the first and last person you deal with walking in there... I feel that his business would benefit greatly if she was replaced by a someone who is a people person and understand that customer satisfaction is key instead of acting like each person owes her something.

We recently had to put our pet Bassett to sleep she was 9 3/4 years old. They were very compassionate gave us a few moments to say goodbye. Then we received a condolence card with every signing it. I will never allow anyone to disparage them.
