Optometrist and front desk help are great as is the guy who helps sell the glasses. However, the only reason they dont get less stars is because the male associate and the doctor are good. HOWEVER, MARIA, the female sales associate is horrible. Shes rude and lacking in customer service too. Also, she is rather impatient with kids as well and gets frustrated easily. In fact, I decided to take my business down the street to Spectacles because of her poor customer service. Heads up... Maria will only measure your PD if you purchase glasses from her even though it takes five seconds to do it, we had four exams there, and purchased one set of glasses from them. She probably shouldnt work there.

I have gotten an experience with Vision Associates, Great Neck, NY. unprofessional, cheating, faulty product, no receipt and CHEATING. They have not provide receipts. Worst experience. I felt they do unprofessional cheating clients.

Ask for anyone once inside, or in our case: Alan. Choices of glasses available are wide and deep and change weekly and their diagnostic capabilities are excellent.
