Very rude staff. Dr. Bostley was the vet I used to inseminate my female English Bulldog. He was very stand off-ish during all progesterone tests, the insemination, and the ultra sound. Then the day before she was due to have her C section I rushed her to his clinic. Not only did he not allow me to bring my baby girl into the clinic, he also sent 2 techs out to the parking lot to draw blood from her for another progesterone test. It was 80°F or so outside, she had over doubled in weight due to her pregnancy, she could bearly breath, and she could not walk at all. What does Dr. Bostley do when I tell him she needs an emergency C-section....he pushes me away and tells me to come back at 7am the next day. Unfortunately my baby girl did not make it to the next day. She passed away on our way to his clinic that next morning, along with all 11 puppies. I do not, and will not refer anyone to this clinic....especially if your planning on using him as your reproductive vet. I am not the only one that has had problems with Dr. Bostley and his reproduction services. Its to bad though because his services and technology are top of the line, but he is absolutely awful. Im sure, in the beginning of his career, he was amazing and actually cared for his clients, their pets, and the situations they were dealing with. After time though he has allowed the heartache of his profession to numb him. Which in turn destroyed everything and anything good that he had built. For example.....the relationships he had with his clients and their pets, the community, other professionals in the veterinary field, the positive word of mouth that past and present clients pass on to possible future clients, and the financial institutions that Im sure helped fund the construction of his clinic. I rate Dr. Bostley and the Hilton Veterinary Hospital a negative 5!!!! I have never had a worse experience at a vet clinic/animal hospital than the one I had here......and I have been to a very large number of different clinics all across the United States. This animal hospital is completely terrible, and if you havent been there yet or have an upcoming appointment to go there........DONT GO!!! Find somewhere else to go......I promise you wont regret it!!!!

Typical 45 min. Spent there? I took my dog there on an emergency basis. He was carried in by staff because he could not walk. He was taken to a hot examining room where we waited 50 min before he was looked at by anybody. Dog was stressed and in pain and since I loved him, i too was very upset. The waiting room was filled with other animals awaiting reg. Appts. I am sure the vet on call took care of wellness visits before she examined my pet because the waiting area was empty when I left. My dog was sick enough to be put down. It was a very upsetting experience and I still cry when I think about it. Not to mention I was charged $65+ for the office visit which is more than I have ever paid. Compassion?

My experience with Hilton Veterinary has been outstanding for over 25 years. The care and compassion for our chinchilla, greyhound and several cherished cats has been a blessing. I have found staff to be very responsive to my requests for emergency appointments. This has been especially true of one challenging cat, who with the expertise of care, lived to almost 20 years. I have never felt that the charges were out of line with the fantastic care my animals have received over the years. Im am most grateful to Hilton Veterinary Hospital. I have always trusted them with the lives of my treasured animals.

We take our four dogs to this clinic, specifically to Dr. Lenhard, and we couldnt be more pleased with the care and attention that he and the staff have provided. They have all been positive and conscientious and are also good about telling you the cost of meds and procedures upfront and providing some guidance and direction when decisions have to be made. The other thing I appreciate is that they are good about keeping to a schedule on appointments. You usually get in to see your vet within 10-15 minutes of your appointment, and thats a real plus since we work full-time.

Dr. Lenhard is always a pleasure. Our dog is very anxious and as of late, due to her age, has needed more medical attention. Dr. L is always compassionate and helpful. He is the only vet i have ever been to ( and i have been to many) that is always patient and understanding of our dogs anxiety. I 100% recommend Dr. Lenhard!

Been going to Hilton veterinary hospital for years, just took our greyhound, was charged $145 more than originally quotrd. Not happy at all. Buyer beware.
