DO NOT go here. Took my dog there because he had already been to the hospital and another vet. He had been neutered and was having some major problems from this. I knew something was wrong with him. Brought him here and they made me sit in the car to wait to be seen. (we thought he had kennel cough, so I understood) I told them multiple times that he had kennel cough and something was very wrong. They took him in, vet came in and looked very irritated. My dog was constantly sneezing all over him. He told me that my dog had the "flu" and would just cough for a few days and then would be okay. He got worse and started shaking his head. I got him into a vet in Winchester only to find that he had a very bad ear infection, severe kennel cough, and an anal gland infection. Now my other dog is sick. This place is a joke.

the care given is compentent. he caregivers here are fine, however, I am reluctant to schedule appointments because I always seem to have to wait up to 30 minutes or more for the actual visit. I am use to being able to see the vet in 5 minutes with an appointment (other states, other vets). There seem to be a lot of caregivers, I dont understand the wait time.. I just wish I didnt have to wait so long. Maybe, its because Im a new customer.

My cat Carter was very sick. He wouldnt eat, kept throwing up, and was loosing weight. I was really concerned. Dr. Butts was so professional. She examined Carter and knew instantly what tests to give him for a diagnosis. In a few days of treatment, he was back to his old self. I want to thank her and her staff for caring so much.

I too agree with the wait time being a little long. I was the only one in the waiting room and still had to wait 15 minutes. The care my dog received was good, but I dont like the idea of having a different vet every time I go in unless I want to wait for a certain one or go to their Inwood office.
