This place is awful. When it first opened years ago it was reputable, now I think its the worst. I brought my son there because he had a fever, he was coughing and strep is going around his daycare. The woman at the front desk doesnt even look up when you walk in to say hello; she is so unfriendly. Eventually we go to a patient room where an X-ray tech proceeds to check my sons vitals. Are X-ray techs qualified to do that? She couldnt even get a proper reading for his temperature. When I took his temp at home it was almost 102 but at PM Pediatrics it was 98. Theres no way there could be such a huge discrepancy. Then the X-ray tech was going to do a strep test on my son. I stopped her and said I was not comfortable with her doing the strep test when she wasnt a nurse or a doctor. The doctor came in, I wasnt even remotely impressed by him either, and he did the test. It came back negative or so I was told. A half an hour after I left I missed a call from PM so I called back, was placed on hold, told the doctor wanted to speak to me and then was told it was all a mistake no one meant to call me and the doctor actually didnt want to talk to me. But, then this morning I received a phone call from CVS informing me my sons prescription was ready. I have no idea if my son really has strep or not. PM Pediatrics is seriously the worst. I do not recommend going there at all.

if i could post a review without even putting a star i would. My daughter just learned how to walk and had fallen down and cut the back of her ear, these people had no idea what they were doing, and They had the audacity to even suggest that it could have been prevented by baby proofing more because im young and apparently dont know what im doing, listen it was the perfect storm, she fell perfectly on a BABY chair and it was like a big papercut . they had two people in the room but i was restraining my daughter, when they taped her ear to make it stop bleeding they got the tape stuck her hair. These are the "medical professionals" that we are supposed to trust with our children, THEN they tell me after all that i HAVE to go all the way to Maria Ferrari in westchester 40 minutes away, because they are the best and shes worried about cosmetics, she needs to see a plastic surgeon, they called them so they knew we were coming blahblahblah. SO we get there with my 10 month old baby at 10:30 at night, we dont get put in a room until 3am dont get seen until 5am and didnt get home until 7am just for them to glue her ear and not even need to see plastics, even the doctor said why did these people send you all the way down here for something they could have down in five minutes instead of hours of time wasted being exhausted. i definitely would not recommend going here.

We have been coming here since 2011 and seen many new doctors and nurses throughout the years. We was seen recently for our two girls . Our 2 year old had fallen and hurt her foot and was limping on it for the whole day. instead of giving an xray they told me she sprained it and gave her an ace bandage. My older daughter was brought in with ear pain and throat pain and they told her to drink fluids and upon examination they found fluid in her ear and instead of telling us much of anything he told us to jsut give them advil. The doctor seemed like he was falling asleep. You could barely understand him, and it was frustrating. Hoping this Dr Biswas is not there for much longer. Will def think twice about bringing my kids there again!!!!!!

I had a very positive experience at the Hopewell Jct location. My daughter was running a 101 fever and complaining her ear hurt...at 4:30 in the afternoon. I called our pediatrician, who could not see her until 8:00 that night. So I took her to PM and we were in and out in under a half hour with a diagnosis, prescription, lollipop, and plenty of well-wishes. One staff member was nicer than the next! My 4-year old even acknowledged, "mommy, I love those doctors!" (meaning nurses, receptionists, and Dr. Miranda of course.) We will definitely return without hesitation, if needed!

Had to bring my 5 month old daughter twice in two days, none of my questions were answered, no help was given to my daughter with a cough, 103.8 fever, and rash all over her body, the diagnostic that was given was an ear infection then an allergic reaction to the antibiotic.. Made a follow up appointment with her pediatrician, turns out my baby girl has scarlet fever. One of the female doctors spoke to me like I was illiterate because Im a young mother. The nurses gave me dirty looks. Very dissatisfied. Thanks for all your "help" with my daughter.

Excellent experience here; even prefer them to our regular pediatricians office. Upbeat and educated staff, new spacious and clean office. We had Dr. "A" who was terrific and full of knowledge. My son had Lyme and we had a lot of questions, all of which were answered with patience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, knowledgable, kind doctor who spent time with us. We just went because my 15-month-old had a fever and he didnt turn out to have anything wrong other than a virus, but I felt very comfortable with them and would go back again.

When my nine year old fell off his bike and his collarbone didnt look right, my friend suggested we take him here. Friendly staff, the doctor was sweet and they x-rayed him right there. We were in and out within the hour, would certainly recommend them!
