All of PetSmart (and not just BanField hospital) has friendly, excellent staff. I recently found a feral cat with five feral kittens, and BanField hospital (located within PetSmart) gave me incredibly good advice with respect to spaying the mother, and for socializing five stray kittens. Aside from the education and literature they presented (without them, I would be unaware of a trap/release clinic such as the Animal Medical Hospital of Centereach), I could tell everyone there was an animal lover. As much as I like West Hills Pet Hospital, BanfFeld is reasonably priced and my experience was good. At the least, have a talk with them at the front desk, they will do what they can to help you in anyway possible. Thank you so much :-)

Ive been taking my moms yorkie in to this pet hospital and after many bad experiences I was thankful to come across the one person that actually took the time out to make me comfortable bringing my family here. Allison is such a friendly nurse (i guess thats what theyre called). She helped my mom through a rough time after we had to put her dog down. We wound up adpopting another puppy and if it wasnt for allison I would never go back to this place.

The WORST & most overpriced vet Ive ever visited(having visited a dz different vets in as many yrs, as a pet rescue) - they charged me almost 800$ for their USELESS DECEPTION !! This forced us to visit another vet; thankfully an HONEST, REASONABLY PRICED one @ Woodland Clinic !!
