I have been going to this dentist for about a year and a half now and I can only find negative things to say about it. Let me start by describing a typical visit to All Access Dental. You show up on time for your 10 oclock appointment. You check in with a mediocrely friendly secretary and then you take a seat. Little do you know youve just entered some sort of zone where time manages to pass slower. The normal accepted waiting period at any medical practice is 10-15 minutes. At All Access Dental though they seem to think it is 100-150 minutes. You can expect to be waiting in some extraordinarily uncomfortable chairs for an absurd amount of time. Another time I had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled. Everything was fine; we had called ahead to confirm the appointment and I was going to be missing school for the procedure. The day of, about 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I received a call saying there is a need to reschedule and that it cannot happen today. I had already stayed home from school; I had already mentally prepared myself for the upcoming pain and swelling and then here I was left abandoned. I still have my wisdom teeth to this very day. Today I figured I knew what was up; I thought I knew how to beat the system. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM. I woke up at 9:20 and slowly began my day. By the time 10 AM was rolling around I was still enjoying my breakfast. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:30 AM ready to be swiftly escorted to my reclining throne for a pleasant morning of teeth polishing. But then the unthinkable happened. I show up to the secretarys window and ask to check in so I can have a seat ( hopefully without the extended waiting period thanks to my brilliant plan). But instead she says to me "To be honest youre really late, Im going to have to see if we can still fit you in". She returns moments later to tell us that we will have to reschedule the appointment. I told her there was no need as I would never be returning to this place ever again. A business is maintained by keeping its customers happy so Im personally baffled why people refuse to stand up to such awful service. I would never reccomend this place to anyone so if youre looking for a new dentist dont even bother; just keep on looking. The way I would describe my experience would be simply the worst.

I will never return to All Access DENTAL! They are rude, unprofessional, pushy. I waited over an hour!!!! Just to get to see the hygienist!!!! Then, I waiting another 45 minutes for her to come in. She didnt introduce herself, nor ask if anything was wrong or any of that. After she finished, my mouth still felt dirty as though she didnt clean at all. She slipped with the tool a few times and hit my gum. Didnt say a thing to me. After she finished, I waited for another 30 MINUTES( mean while I was already almost late for my other appointment) I finally said I gotta go. Someone overheard me( one of the front desk workers) and said "whats the problem?" I said, Ive been waiting for a half hour to see the dentist. This is crazy I have to go. I have another appointment. She said, fine, go to the desk and set up an appointment to see the dentist. I said, no I wont be back. And walked out. NEVER GO TO ALL ACCESS DENTAL!!!!

I had a 1pm appointment, and didnt get taken in until nearly 1:35. They had 3 people scheduled for 1pm, all for the same dentist. (They have multiple dentists too) I was there for a root canal. When they gave me the anesthetic, they left for nearly a half hour. It wore off by the time they got back and they had to give me more. Then they left me in the middle of the canal like 3 times, one of which was with two huge pin needles sticking out of my teeth. During that time some of the assistants started chatting away as I sat there for almost another half an hour. There was alot of excessive force used in putting on.. whatever they put on my teeth, I dont even know. But apparently its "very fragile" so now Im extremely limited in what I can eat. For the next several weeks. I didnt leave until 3pm. The appointment was at 1pm. Oh, and said appointment? I waited nearly 2 months for it.

Would give zero stars if possible! I go in as an emergency because of tooth pain and wind up sitting in the chair, with my tooth half-drilled, while the dentist takes a personal phone call, not once but twice! Meanwhile he and the hygienist were so busy griping about how their coworkers do things that I start choking on spit because Im not being suctioned. When the nightmare filling is almost over the dentist was in such a rush to go and attend to his traffic ticket dispute (reason behind the phone calls) that he just gets up and says, "Ok, youre all set" even though I couldnt bite down on both sides of my mouth. When I tell him he needs to finish the job he proceeds to argue with me before doing what I asked and then winds up spending 5 minutes fixing what he considered "done ". Definitely not returning and would not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst dentists I have ever been to. To start off there is an office full of patients complaining and arguing about the wait and also leaving frustrated because they were never called after waiting so long. Also the most important thing is cleanliness and this place definitely made me never want to go back after my first and only visit. If you look at the equipment, it looks filthy and also as the dental instruments were on the tray, one of the assistants spills a ton of water onto the tray, all the instruments were submersed in water on the tray and no one attempted to change the instruments or dry the tray off, leaving a contamination issue. I would never go back to this dentist office again. It was a horrible and disgusting experience.

I will never go back to this office again. Both times I went I sat in the waiting room(which was disgusting) for 45 minutes. When I asked how much longer the wait would be I was told "they are cleaning your room now." 15 minutes later I went up again to ask how long and thats when I was brought back. The first dentist I saw told me I had several cavities that I didnt even have, and missed the one that I did have. He was rude, and actually walked out of the room while I was speaking to him. The dentist I saw the second time did a horrible job on my filling so now Im going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually knows what theyre doing.

This is the worst dentist office, ever. They made me wait in the lobby for over an hour past my appointment time. The giddy girls in the office, fooling around, maniacally laughing and teasing each other could be heard the entire time, which made my wait seem more frustrating. The dr spent an hour trying to extract a tooth, and left an open wound in my lip. The next day when i called about the pain, they refused to prescribe me anything. very unprofessional. Its the only office in town that takes my insurance and i still will never go again. Id rather pay out of pocket.
