I have been a patient at Lancaster Dental for over 30 years. I dont think they were established that long ago. My experiences have always been without stress. The professionalism is apparent from the moment you walk in. The people that greet patients are friendly and courteous at all times. There is never gossip going on. The dental hygienists know their clients and always come out to greet us after an very short waiting time. All of the doctors are well informed of their patients needs and in the event it is their first time meeting that patient. I have never been uncomfortable in their chairs. When Ive required a topical analgesic it was offered and given. Several years ago, my husband required emergency dental care on Easter Sunday and was greeted at the office by the smiling and courteous doctor within minutes of the call. I am happy to refer friends and family to Lancaster Dental Associates. Thank you for your years of service to my family and me.

I have to somewhat amend my previous review. The office staff is outstanding. That said my experience with Dr. Flannigan has been a total waste of time. I sat with him in Jan 2016 and he gave me a plan to repair some teeth and place implants for others. At that time I was told 1 year to complete. Its August 2017 and I have no implants I have a temp crown on a repaired tooth and he has billed my insurance company $3304.00. I had a visit yesterday expecting to get an implant and again nothing. I had a tooth that broke off probably because he didnt place an implant next to it so now he tells me its going to be 6 more months before I can get any teeth put in. The two extraction he did were the most painful extractions each lasting almost two hours. he gave me two aspirins and sent me on my way. I like the man personally but he has totally let me down professionally. Dont believe his cost or time estimates.

I started to have terrible tooth pain on Friday and by Sunday it was just unbearable. I called my dentist office (stellar) emergency line explaining that I believed I might have an abscess and never received a Call back. I was able to get a hold of Lancaster Dental Associates this morning and they were able to see me first thing. Dr. Marchetta was amazing and even though he was seeing two-three other patients he took the time to take care of me as well. He was so kind and explained everything he was going to do top to bottom. He frequently asked me how I was doing during the procedure and I felt very comfortable and no pain! I will be switching my dentist and sticking with Lancaster Dental Associates. The staff were also so kind and worked with me when it came to paying for the service and my insurance plan!!!

First impressions are so important and I was greeted immediately upon arrival by the office staff who are super friendly and extremely attentive. I am new to the practice and I have to say that I am thrilled that my daughter recommended Dr. Medico and the Lancaster Dental Associates. The hygienist did a great job with my cleaning. One week later I came back for a tooth that needed a new filling and Dr. Medico and his assistant did an amazing job. The experience was very pleasant and pain free. The facilities are very clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend Dr. Medico. Thank you Lancaster Dental Associates!!

Having a very old filling in my back molar had me worried. I believe the large filling was over 40 years old so I was concerned about pain during and after the procedure. I was also worried that if the tooth would break apart, I might need an implant or partial denture. I was in the chair less than an hour and had no pain whatsoever, not even with the needle used for pain. Dr. Medico and his assistant did a marvelous job and the tooth is perfect now. Thank you for such good care.

If you need a dentist you need to come here! Dr. Flanigan did a great job continuing/completing a project that was started overseas with techniques that are not finished the same way here in the US. He explained everything and used photos of my tooth to help me understand. The technology onsite in his office is remarkable. And the best part...no pain.
