Love the Dr iI see..Extremely thorough.. Doesnt shove you out the door like my old Dr.. BUT..... I am extremely disappointed in whatever staff they have taking appointments? Or not taking appointments rather. I called ALL day as I was told by the ER over the weekend to follow up asap with my primary as I had pretty much stroke high blood pressure in ER.. The staff there NEVER answered the phone or called me back.. I left 1 message asking for a call back.. They are open they just never answer! Please get a more efficient method of answering the phones! It could be a huge problem for many patients! .

Dr Mike is a wonderful man. However his staff are so completely rude and disrespectful. My fiancee was sexually assaulted by a member of his staff and they blew it off like it was nothing. The same person Nick was his name also he went so far as to lie to the police and tried to have me arrested so that he could get with my fiancee. He made me leave the room then made her remove her shirt and bra. And proceeded to fondle her. I found out 2 weeks later because I couldnt listen to her cry anymore and she finally told me what happened. Thinking I should speak to a lawyer

Burned my foot in fire pit went to er have second degree burns everywhere went to surgeon that monday have visiting nurses daily all of which agreed i should get pain meds . Doctor office says no meds till seen ok but a appointment week and a half later while im in agonizing pain how cruel woke up today with papers saying he dismissed me from his practice what doctor does that unfortunatly i believe he lost his heart so sad was such a great doctor until he moved sad and how cruel

While mike is decent, his staff is absolutely disorganized, disrespectful and completely rude. He literally has no control over his staff. They discharge and verbally abuse his patients then discharge them when they speak up about it. Fidelis has even launched a lawsuit investigating them for malpractice. Stay clear away.
