I am a new patient to North Shore Optometric. I did not know of anyone who went here and just got them from my insurance company so I was a bit nervous. My nerves were put to rest when I was greeted with smiles from the receptionist. I got there early so I had to wait a few minutes and soak up in that waiting period the interaction in the office. The assistant who I saw mostly helping with the glasses for patients was lovely. Dr. Rosa, who is who I had my appointment with, was kind and pleasant to patients leaving before me. When I finally went in to see Dr. Rosa she made me feel like I was a long term friend. She was thorough, patient and wonderful throughout the whole examining experience. She also explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend this office!
