A little pricey, but they dont force procedures down your throat or make you feel like a bad owner like some other vets. Dr. harris is extremely caring, and remembers you and your pet when you see her out and about. She follows up with phone calls, and is very knowledgeable and skillful. I am glad I switched to this practice 9 years ago and will continue in the future.

I absolutely love taking my cats here. No matter where I have lived in Syracuse they have always gone here and will continue to do so. The staff are great and the doctors are so wonderful! They are always happy to explain what they are doing (or suggest) and why and always have time for questions.

Took my sick dog there after i became dissatisfied with my previous vet. They got me in the next day even though I was not a patient there. They spend an hour and a half with me and did a very thorough exam. They were compassionate and caring. I highly recommend them

This is a veterinary office, not a veterinary "hospital". They are not accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association which is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in the United States.
