How do I begin to describe my devastating story - followed by the best smile of my life... I had a stroke very young, was 22 - in 2007. Lost a lot of teeth in between then and August of 2012 due to varying medical illnesses. I became unable to eat in that time and went from 242 to 110lbs. I came to Aspen Dental scared but confident, their staff assured me that I wouldnt have to be afraid, and that everything would be explained. I came in needing 15 extractions and 9 fillings which left me with only my front bottom teeth from left to right premolar to canine. I met my dentist, Dr. Mohammad, and immediately I was calmed by his smiles and words of confidence. I needed to have my teeth extracted - but I didnt want to leave without teeth (very complicated you would think)... But they made it happen! I had those extractions AWAKE by MY CHOICE, the Dr. was very quick, efficient, and made sure at all times I was in no pain. It took under 2 hours and I had a full denture on top and a partial bottom to go home with (Aug 2012). I loved my temporary dentures so much!!!!! At first I was grumpy, its a lot of teeth to get pulled :) But Every Single Staff Member In That Office Took VERY Good Care of Me. Always made sure if I needed an adjustment and I was in pain I was in for an appointment. What gets better?? I was able to eat cut up caramel apples by October 2012 with my children, with peanuts on them! Bagels, Pizza, a BLT.... You name it, those temporary dentures took it. I have my new permanent dentures now I got 2 days ago which at first, like the temporary I was in an adjusting period and I was in pain. They squeezed me in and adjusted my teeth and now tonight I go to bed with food in my stomach. I will continue to update this review as I obtain the exact spelling of the names of the staff members and "wear in" my new awesome teeth!

Aspen Dental is the worst healthcare provider my family has ever experienced. On two occasions (why my wife went back for more poor service I have no idea) my wife was insulted, disrespected, belittled, embarrassed, injured and treated horribly. The first time she went in for a root canal. Apparently their oral surgery department sucks. They only have an oral surgeon once a month. Then once they have him booked they overload him with patients. As a result he provides horrible bedside manner. It appears that med school has not trained him in introducing one self and a basic explanation of the procedure at hand. He was also rude, condescending and rough. Against my better judgment my wife return to get a crown. After I insisted that she has to at least submit a complaint to the office manager. She stated that she did and the office was receptive to her needs. So my wife gives them a second chance and she encounters dental hygienists who share the same lack of patient care and sensitivity as the oral surgeon. This hygienist preps her for the mold, but does not introduce herself, does not say good morning, sticks needle in my wifes mouth with no explanation of what is about to happen. What ever happened to decency, top manners? This is not a free service. I not only have a high deductible plan, but I also pay for my insurance directly. This is not a free service, we are paying customers! Apparently they fail to realize this at Aspen dental. They are very rude all the way a round. Everyone, save your time, money and frustration heed my warning; go anywhere else but this place. John

My husband went to this office with my two boys 03/03/16 (today) and a Dentist by the name of Benjamin Mohammed, had made an inappropriate comment, outright offensive, disrepectful and embarrassing. He told my husband that a man like him will not find a women, if he doesnt get his teeth corrected. My husband commented by saying he is married for 21years and he is sure Im not with him for his teeth. The Dentist; Benjamin Mohammed replied - well 90% of divorces is based on bad teeth. He had our two sons with him and he was embarrassed and ashamed in front of our children and left the office. This was an awful experience he will never forget, neither my children. I will not recommend for anyone to go this dentist office due to their unprofessional behavior and inappropriate comments that was so offensive and out of line. The reason my husband went to the dentist was to get his teeth corrected. So Im not sure why this unprofessional dentist had to make such a disgusting comment to my husband. I will be reporting this dentist office to the BBB. My husband is a firefighter with great insurance and Im a Business Women (Entrepreneur) who couldve recommended many people to this office. Their job is to take care of their patients and make them feel comfortable enough to go through the whole process. My husband and I will not be recommending this dentist office to anyone: business associates, friends, family, etc. I will be reporting your office and letting everyone know how unprofessional this office was towards my husband in front of our children.

I spent the whole weekend in agony waiting for my appointment on monday with aspen dental.after a trip to the ER and no sleep I was ready to go to my appointment ...I came in for my appointment with my jaw completely swollen and in pain I explained to the dentist that I was in pain all weekend and she could see that my jaw was swollen,so they proceeded to do 1500.00 xrays which my insurance covered and then leaned me back in the chair tapped on a couple of my teeth and said ok ill give you a prescription for antibiotics and walked out of the office..when I asked what about the pain that has been keeping me up for two days she simply said take ibuprofen...I explained that if this pain was something that ibuprofen could take care of I wouldnt be sitting in this chair ...but she insisted that that would work and walked away....so in closing I went to there office and they did absolutely nothing for me except of course charge my insurance 1500.00 for xray that they will not use cause I will never go there again...unprofessional,and definitely not sympathetic to there patients needs.

My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent. I went there recently for a exam and xrays and i have to say they were very polite and made me feel comfortable!!.. They let me ask questions and they answered them with no problem and did not make me feel like they didnt have time to answer them! Doctor mohammad is excellent and i would recommend him to anyone i know looking for a dentist.. When i went back for a cleaning once again it was excellent service. Got there early for my appointment and they got me in earlier than i expected!. Only down fall is they did not perform a service there that i am looking into gettingl Other than that they are excellent and perfessional. Also another great thing with aspen dental is that you can apply for a credit card which is called credicare that will allow you to charge your procedures and put you on a payment plan instead of paying up front! Definetly a great place to go!!
