Firstly, it took me FOREVER to make an appointment. My insurance is new, and being that none of my family members had been to the office before they were not sure if they accepted my insurance. I didnt understand this, as my insurance company would not make them my primary dentist if they didnt accept the insurance. So, after weeks of trying to make an appointment I finally had one scheduled. Unfortunately, the appointment wasnt for another month. As I tend to be forgetful, I called the office to make sure I had the correct date and time in mind. I called three times and it went through to their automated system after seven rings, I called another three times and it went to the automated system after three rings. Again, I called and I was hung up on twice. I finally, got through to someone, and she was nice as pie and happily gave me the information I needed. So, today was my appointment. I was greeted with a smile, given the paperwork I needed to complete, got some x-rays taken, and went to the chair. I was supposed to be there for a routine cleaning and x-rays covered by my insurance. Being that I havent been to the dentist in years, the hygienist told me that I needed periodontal scaling done, but it wouldnt be covered by my insurance. She told me that we would be doing half my mouth today and I agreed. Everything went smoothly, until it was time to make another appointment. They wanted the money for the scaling TODAY. I didnt even know I was having the procedure done, let alone prepare to pay for it in full at the time of service. I told the receptionist I didnt have the money and asked to set up a payment plan. She told me that they did not do payment plans and I couldnt make another appointment until at least half of the bill was paid. So, Im basically walking around with half of my mouth done and thinking of ways to crunch my money to pay this unexpected bill off. I would haven never gotten the procedure done today if I knew I had to pay for it today. Wish I was told :/

This place is the worst, I was making my kids an appointment in October thinking it would be a 2week wait. Well I couldnt get them in until February. Then I call them because my son got attacked by a dog and it knocked his tooth loose, you know what they said to me..wiggle it and pull it out. Are you serious, thats just ridiculous, who says that to someone. Then even before that, I had called them for a crown replacement, they gave me some crap about having to get my teeth cleaned first. Fine so I went in got x rays and my teeth cleaned and before they even started they were trying to sell me on whiting and all this other stuff. So again I stated I needed a crown, they said OK that they needed to send it to get approved. OK no problem I waited 3weeks only to call then and find out they never even had a crown replacement down on my chart. They said I needed to come in again for another appointment, absolutely not I said. Finally after 3months of them forgetting cause that wasnt the first time they forgot I finally got in 4 months later. I will be looking for a new dentist for myself and children!!

If there is a no-star rate, i would absolutely pick that in a heartbeat!! This is the worst place ever!! Please dont ever come here. I wish i could warn more people by posting a sign in front of their office or right at their doors. Ive had the worst experience here with their management. The wait is 2 hours. No one ever has picked up the phone if you try to call them. They give you run arounds. Like no one has an exact answer for your concerns and youll end up getting a huge bill from the mail. They messed up on the dates of service of your procedure. They schedule your appointments for like 2-3 months long wait for a major procedure. They mess up the correct procedure codes that supposed to be billed. They dont know how to coordinate their billing on which insurance to bill as the primary or secondary. They will charge you upfront on something that your insurance actually covered it. I could probably keep going here... but i advice, Just dont even bother coming here at all. It will ruin your day. Called to confirm pricing on a routine cleaning. Spoke to "Sarah" who was pleasant up until the moment I told her I do not currently hold dental insurance and will be self pay. Then her entire tone changed and she rudely said theres no way to know it will cost the ($125 advertised on the brochure) whereas she could have nicely said sometimes cleanings require additional work so it may cost you extra just so you know. Hey Great Expressions listen up, just because youve been around for 30 years and have multiple locations doesnt mean you cant ruin your name. Fix your customer relations. On to the next dental office to spend my money where I will be treated well!! Stop putting up with mediocre service people. Demand great service for the money you all spend on insurance and medical/dental services.

So unprofessional doctors, my wife submitted X-ray two weeks ago, came in to have the job done, receptionist said " the doctor just seen the X-ray, and it cant be done . My question is , why have you not call me 1 week ago?!!!! I would of set an appointment with another doctor!!! So unprofessional!!!! Not coming back here again!! Dont recommended to no one! If they had 0 stars, Ill press 0!!! I had to waste a day from work!!!!

Dr. Oh kept pulling a tooth that I clearly told him I could still feel. Most painful experience of my life. Finally when I screamed in pain he stopped and yelled at me. I left and reluctantly made an appointment to come back. Took the day off work and found out he had dropped me as a pacient without warning, and my appointment was cancelled. I had major anxiety after this horrific experience.

This is the worst dental place I have ever been to. I can tell many stories of my horrible experiences there - but I would be writing a book. I agree the customer service is terrible- they are unprofessional and rude. I have since found another dentist to bring my children to. Unfortunately my daughter had braces put on at this place and she needs to remove them with this place.

Dentist and staff made me so comfortable ,they are friendly and care about your needs and concerns. I will be a patient there for years to come and I recommend them all the way!!! I had a positive experience with my son who has ADHD. I would give them 5 stars for the service received, but customer service now is not up to par. I have been calling them for months to get another appointment for my son. Not only do they not answer their phones, they dont return messages either.

I like this dentist more than the other dentists in the area that Ive been to. The hygienists are gentler and nicer, and they gently offer alternatives to flossing and educated me about certain topics (genetic flaws in your mouth) that no one bothered to tell me about before. The dentist is okay.
