Dr Raina is the most unprofessional, rude, egotistical man Ive ever met! Originally I liked the office because of how thorough it is as far as testing goes and how clean it is. If youre not seeing the doctor you shouldnt have to wait too long but he either books appointments too close or just doesnt care about his patients. My last experience there went as follows: I arrived at 915am for my scheduled appointment. I was there for only test results. I waited In the waiting room at least a 1/2 hour for the girl to take me into the first room to take my blood pressure and weight. I sat there another 15 minute or so before they then transferred me into the exam room. I Sat In that room until after 11am! My appointment was at 9:15! I opened the door and almost left before one girl assured me he would be in to see me in no more than 5 minutes. I left the door open and waited another 10 or more. When Dr. Raina entered I was extremely annoyed and I made that known. I told him it was my only day off and I had allot too do that day and this was a waste of my time. I was only here for test results. Instead of any apology he said "Oh yea? Tell me the things you have to do today and I will decide if I have wasted your time or not" Can you imagine!? He then proceeded to tell me I have an alcohol problem. He was so rude and his bedside manner was horrible. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

This place is horrible. Dr. Raina is typically on his phone the entire time hes examining; and thats if hes even there. The past 3 times Ive had appointments, Ive had 3 other Doctors, the last one introduced himself as Matt? This place is a hoax, they pride themselves on thorough testing but it is really just to suck as much money as they possibly can out of you. They claim your insurance covers the tests they are doing, and then bill you for the full cost weeks later. The girls at the front desk word hard and are very nice, but that is just about the only positive comment I can make. I would NOT recommend seeing Dr. Raina. He is just in this field to make money. Clearly doesnt care about his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr of New York Seldeatient. And I am very pleased to say that the reputation of the hospital as one of the best hospitals in New York is well deserved. I have diagnosed with CAD many years ago and had a triple bypass in 2007 and angioplasty in 2011. In addition to being an excellent cardiologist, the doctors of the hospital are always aware of the latest studies and treatments. Along with this, they are also ready to explain the pros and cons thereof, Without any query I can say that entire staff of the hospital is a caring and sympathetic physician whom will spend as much time solving a patients problems and described in laymans words.

From last few months I had to experience some symptoms like a scratchy or sore throat, sneezing, stuffy nose and cough. I thought it to be normal due to weather change, but when it last for long, I was referred to Medical Associates New York by a colleague in my office. With my experience at Medical associate, I am sure to visit it again whenever I see some serious symptoms. The primary care physicians in Mt Sinai are experienced enough to deal with your problem well. The physician diagnosed my problem and I found the service to be very efficient and relatively quick compared to the other clinic I formerly went to.

Prompt, effective and high-quality health care is given by the team at the hospitals run by this company. Their main facility is located in the USA and they also run hospitals at Mount Saini. International patients are treated at very reasonable fees at all the hospitals. Services in all medical specialities and super specialities are given at all the hospitals. Services include carotid doppler, onsite blood draw, sudo scan, sleep apnea evaluation at home, annual physicals, cognitive impairment and much more. The entire staff of the hospital is quite friendly nature. They are always ready to assist their patients.

Very Unreliable. Straggling to see Dr. Raina as his stuff keep screwing appointments. It is clear that Dr. Raina has issue with prioritization of his patients. Dr. Raina Medical Associates is a mess in terms of appointments. One day I was waiting for 1 hr and another day I waited for 35 min. Both days I gave up and left without seeing Dr. Raina. Can anyone answer me what is the point of the appointment? I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have life to spare of waiting. Currently shopping for a new family doctor.

My 63 years old grandfather was constantly suffering from chronic cough for the past few weeks and there was no solution to his situation even after consulting the physician nearby. We decided to take a chance with Medical Associates physicians and to our delight they were able to find the root cause and treat his ailment the right way. His condition improved in a week and now his health is back to normal. The amount of concern they have for their patients is amazing. Thank you for making my grandpa healthy again.

Ever since we moved into Mt. Sinai area we were in need of good healthcare services. Medical Associates centre in Mt. Sinai hold true to its motto of being a multi-speciality facility. My husband and I have been associated with their primary care physicians for our regular health check-ups and they have provided us with the best treatment whilst providing various preventive measures to avoid any complications in our health. I really appreciate their conduct and hospitality and recommend their services to everyone.

3 hour wait??!!?! I made an appointment for my husband who is having extreme back pain and they made him wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. When I called to ask what was going on I was told this is normal for a Monday. That should never be normal for any doctors office ever. Then he had to wait another hour in the room for the doctor! His appointment was for 10:30 and he left at 1:45. Thats insane. If you dont have an appointment available, tell me that and Ill go somewhere else!

I was having a horrible allergy season this year when a friend recommended Dr. Rajesh Raina to me. I made an appointment and Dr. Raina went through my medical history, lifestyle, and even my home and work environment to give me a full breakdown of all of the allergens that were causing my discomfort. I now have a strategy to take on my allergies thanks to Dr. Rainas excellent care. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a physician in the future.
