A big zero for that place. The last time I went there that was hell for me. That place is a mess they always losing people medical record and changing people appointments and the excuse is doctors never there. The nurses are rude, dont have patience with no one and most with old people. And the worst thing is that they dont do blood test or no kind of test before giving you any medicine. They just sit with you for few seconds and then give you some medicine. If you have something at the end you wont know by your doctor until you end in at emergency room feeling horrible. ( By looking a person you not going to know what wrong inside of their body.) Un gran cero para este lugar. La ultima vez que fui ahi fue el infierno pra mi. Ese lugar es un desastre siempre pierden historial médico de y cambian las citas de la gente y la excusa es que los médicos nunca están allí. Las enfermeras son groseras, no tienen paciencia con nadie y la mayormente con los ancianos. Y lo peor es que no hacen análisis de sangre o ningún tipo de prueba antes de darle cualquier medicamento. Sólo se sientan con usted durante unos segundos y luego le dan algunos medicamentos. Si tienes algo al final no sabrás por tu médico hasta que termines en la sala de emergencia sintiéndote horrible.( Al mirar a una persona no va a saber qué le este asando dentro de su cuerpo.)

Initially I was so happy “a dentist in my neighborhood”. They seemed so willing to help and offered me a next day appointment. Yippee! While making the appointment, the receptionist requested some personal information. Since I was at work, I told her that I would give her the information the next day. She curtly let me know it would add 30 minutes to the appointment. I agreed with the intention of calling back and providing the information when I left my desk. Gleefully, I called back in 10 minutes, reintroduced myself and provided the personal information. After I provided the personal information, she affirmed that it would take an extra 30 minutes after I arrived because I had failed to give her all the information. Surprisingly and with bravado, I again provided the information - she reiterated that I could expect an extra 30 minute delay the next day. Yet again, I more forcefully repeated the information with volume. She said that she didn’t understand. I repeated the information vociferously and incrementally. She said that I was unclear. At this point I got angry, and gave her the information thunderously and as slow as I could. To my astonishment, we were “disconnected”. I called back and was promptly placed on hold for 10 minutes. I dialed the number again and was told that the original receptionist was unavailable. Regretfully, this new receptionist was also so unclear, that I repeated myself 4 times before she got it correct. After thinking about my unhappy experience and how poorly the staff and I communicated, I cancelled the appointment. Why go to the dentist’s office with the great possibility of having more negative experiences with the personnel?

This place is the worst thing ever, I drove my mom from NJ because we saw an ad on TV where they claim they are the best orthopedic and podiatric experts, my mom its been having this heel pain for weeks and we thought it was a good alternative. When we called to set up the appointment we explained the problem and they scheduled for us to go. My mom doesnt have any insurance sothey said we had to pay $250 out of pocket plus parking and crossing GW Bridge to NY. The day we went to the appointment, not only we waited like 3 hours but also charge us the $250 just to tell us the podiatrist wasnt available that day, she got seen by a regular physician that didnt understand anything about her problem and just told her to rest her foot and put ice on .it Please stay away from this place not only they are scammers, but their costumer service its terrible, I just wished I saw the ratings from other people before we went there, because they are absolutely right!!!

Very long waiting time! First time I went there, i have been waiting for 4 hours, and when started to complain, they told me that I wait for so long because I am a new patient. I asked for how long else I must wait, they told me maybe 2 more hours! Finally, because I started to loose my temper, they cut me through the line so I could bee seen by a doctor that day. However, the second time I went there, i have spend 4 hours waiting again! The place is crowded, and nobody manages the order, people are eating in the waiting rooms and speaking loudly on phones. Even if you have an appointment, get ready to spend 4 to 6 hours waiting.

Very Bad Service: I hate the service and the staff. you never get any answer and only aggravation. There is no supervision and no management. No one is never responsible for anything that goes on in that place. And the wait is ridicules if you have a 11am appointment expect to leave by 5pm. thats how bad it is. You cant ever communicate with your doctors. they never return your phone call. and the staff never give you the proper information. they never seems to care to what is going on.

I go here several times the wait takes hours every time. People are in a bad mood talking too much and the nurses try to keep up but it doesnt seem organized and its too crowded. The dentist was so bad she scratched my teeth with a sharp object this was not a cleaning Im used to having from previous dentists. They ignored the cavity I had and my tooth broke I went somewhere else to get it pulled out. Im not joking its that bad here.

It is the most ridiculous place to go to. You literally wait 5 hours just to see someone and its total chaos like if it was an E.R room. The staff completely sucks and I seen a doctor seriously taking a break ever 5 minutes. If I knew the number to someone who is higher I would of been called and complained. I hope someone higher finds out about this place and does something about it.

Horrible service, disorganized, crowded, no serge of urgency, over booked patients and no seats available for the large amt of patients that have to wait, I went for the first time and waited one hr 20 minutes to register in and to "verify my insurance", the Dr wasnt paying much attention to me.......wont come back here

Terrible customer service, insanely long wait times, doctors rush you in and out. The atmosphere is chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional. Be prepared to wait weeks or even months for simple test results. Save yourself a lot of time and headache and find a different provider.
