The office is very clean and bright! My son loves the play area set up for children of all ages....though theres very little wait time. The staff and doctors Morel & Laurie were pleasant and thorough with my child. We had an emergency the night before and was able to be seen early the next morning, very accommodating!! They took very good care of my 3yr old who knocked his tooth out! We always leave the office with either a balloon or toy and now my son asks to go back often. The location is very convenient. I highly recommend, hope this helps!

Weve been going to this practice for a couple years, we now have 2 children there, yearly visits + 1 cavity, and its been a great experience. Im amazed at how theyre able to get a 1.5 year to open their mouth! Miracles. Scheduling and communication is easy, though best to schedule your visits far in advances when you can, as sometimes they dont have openings for a couple months. The kids love getting their balloons / stickers / new toothbrush, and visits are usually a quick in and out.

They were really great they were my second opinion. I was told by another dentist that there was no hope for saving her 4 front teeth and that she would need fake teeth put in so she wont have speech problems come to find out they can probably be saved and she wont need fake teeth... they were great they really do a great job showing they care. My daughter is 3 and they made her feel very comfortable.

My experience was horrible even before it began. The doctor was great but just the entire process to get my childs information correct was a mess. The staff were having personal conversations while i was waiting on the line to confirm insurance and they could never find my child even though i received a bunch of confirmation texts and emails.. Not sure if I would want to deal with this again.

The staff at open bright were super friendly and Sean went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Additionally, the facility is very child friendly- my daughter was super comfortable. The dentist who worked on my daughter (I dont remember her name but, she has beautiful brown curly hair) was patient and handled my daughter with care. I give Open Bright 5 stars.

Horrible experience. The receptionist had very little knowledge of insurance procedures and gave misinformation repeatedly. I had to reschedule my two kids appointments twice due to their error. Surprised at the level of incompetency given so many great reviews. Looks like the dentist may be terrific but the front office staff is terrible. We will never return.

My daughters first visit! Crying was expected as she is 15 months old! The dental assistant was very nice, talking and soothing. The dentist was also very nice and helpful and understanding. Office was clean, and bright, very child friendly with toys and chairs and books. Staff was awesome and cheerful! Great office!

My son first time here at this dentist. I was happy with the service an the patience they have with children. Staff is friendly an helpful. This was the first time any dentist was able to do an x-ray, clean an exam without restraint him. They are one of the best for kids I came across. I highly recommend them

I have been to this office twice and both times my experience has been off the charts amazing. From the incredibly efficient check in process to the ease of X-rays and teeth cleaning to the doctors examination, the staff and office are superb. I wish all medical offices were this good.

It was my daughters first time visiting the dentist and we loved the visit! All the staff were very nice and welcoming. My daughter does not normally get comfortable in places shes never been before, but at this place she was comfortable and very social with everyone who assisted us.
