WORST GOD DAMN AGENCY! My grandma has alzheimer but shes physically can walk, From time to time my mother gets lost and doesnt cross the street right at times. i work and cant be there all the time 5 days ago, We called to reopen her case, Now its closed with the same excuse. They just dont wanna deal with my mother. Most of there home aids are lazy, dont clean and ask how much my grandmother makes....... This agency sucks. 0 stars if i could!!!!!

This home care agency is like leaving your love once with hell . The HHA sleep during a 12 hours night shift and the agency does noting about it. I report this agency to the State of NY and provided proof video tap camera of the HHA sleeping at night and not taking care of my mom. They did noting about and closed my mother case with agency so that the Stste dont take action on them. Preferred care is discussing
