So the best thing to happen to Patients Medical was Dr. John Salerno, but I guess he also got sick of the way they run things there and left. (PS. you can now see him in his own office on Madison Avenue... I highly recommend him! Just google him!) Long story short.. I was a patient @ patients med. while Salerno was there, after he left I decided to continue with him in his new office... apparently patients medical doesnt like this. I had to call 3 times to receive a copy of all my files and lab work that I had done with them and when I finally just showed up there to pick them up and ask for them on the spot, they had only given me half of my files, all the lab work was missing! I noticed this after i left unfortunately. For the past few months I have been trying to get the rest of the lab work that was not given to me... not only have I heard every week from there snotty receptionist Navjeet that is being sent out, but yet i NEVER get it. Sooo I had to call up all the labs that processed the results to make sure this all went through.. I find out everything went through they have the paper work. So now, I have to go and get all the lab #s to give to the woman so she can call and get this all for me... my question is.. why do I, a PATIENT, have to call the labs myself to get all this information!! I am so hostile and glad i will never have to deal with these people again... if your a DR. who works there and you are reading this.. i HIGHLY recommend you get a better staff and get some people with a full functioning brain... it is absolutely RIDICULOUS how long it has taken to get these results and how I basically had to get them myself because your staff, or Navjeet I should say is incompetent. Thank you for wasting my valuable time.

I went to Patients Medical for two years and paid out of pocket the entire time. Despite regularly shelling out $375 per visit and being told that I was up to date on all my payments, I eventually got into a nasty and complicated billing dispute with these people. With the exception of one or two employees, they were incredibly unprofessional. They certainly know how to take advantage of their patients financially. On one occasion, while trying to resolve the billing issues and understand where the exorbitant charges were coming from, the head of the billing department (who can barely speak english) was so nasty toward me that I ended up leaving the office in tears. This is how you treat a loyal patient who routinely forks over hundreds of dollars at a time? In addition to the outrageous hidden charges ($2,000), the staff "misplaced" my entire medical file on THREE different occasions and I had to wait around while they tried to find it and my test results. Go somewhere else. Im now seeing an incredibly competent holistic doctor with an amazing, caring staff and a well-organized, smoothly-run office. AND they take my insurance. $20 per visit instead of $375, and no "stealth" charges or mean women.

When Dr. Gulati decided to become a Doctor rather than remain a scientist is the luckiest day of my life. Dr. Gulati brought me back to a real life. I can feel again and live again. I had to work, and live under duress and in extreme pain my whole life without feeling. I had gone to easily 170-175 Doctors through the years easily if not more. No one diagnosed my issue until she did. Now for the first time I know what is wrong with me and she is bringing me back before my operation. What she has done is monumental. I am a human being again. She was very attentive to the way I looked and felt and really analyzed the medical reports instead of just letting them pass through like every other Dr. She may charge a significant amount but Dr. Gulati is the best investment for me and my family we could ever make. I still have more medical procedures to go through, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel and I thank G-d that Dr. Gulati became a Doctor rather than remain a scientist. I only hope to be the conduit to make Dr. Gulati’s procures available to everyone worldwide.

I would not recommend. Every time I met with her I was talked down to and rushed through an appointment. Everything is focused on thyroid no matter what your issues are. She gives you a plan and then changes it a week later over the phone. She does not appear to understand how diet plays a role in health either. The admin aspects are never easy. Email always fails and you have to call several times to get something done. I kept ending up with crazy charges from labs and the offices response was always "dont worry." This office is not worth your money. Stay away.
