Complete Scammers. I went in because of Ringing in my ears and hearing loss. This is caused due to a form of TMJ, and I was told by an Aspen Dental Rep that they specialize in this problem and they would help me. So I make an appointment, go in, and they first run my insurance and apparently they couldnt even figure out how to run it through their computers correctly. I take an x-ray, and I am told I need "more than a tooth cleaning" and they make me do 2 separate visits for tooth cleaning BEFORE I can talk to a Oral Surgeon. I do the 2 cleanings, and I end up PURPOSELY being billed for cleaning materials which they KNOW isnt covered by insurance. I go again, and I am told I would have to pay MORE money for a 2nd cleaning. I tell them I didnt have that type of money, so they took me anyway, but didnt charge me the $80 something for the fluoride in the 2nd cleaning. Whatever. So on week 2, I get to FINALLY see the Oral Surgeon, who asks why I am here today. I say "TMJ" and he goes "What is TMJ?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Talk about wasting my TIME and MONEY The lady there also kept fighting with my Wife about paying $50 for x-rays, when it IS COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. They sent us a bill a few days ago. I just got off the phone with their billing department saying we have a ZERO BALANCE, AFTER I EXPLAINED ALL OF THIS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT THE NEWBURGH OFFICE!! (By the way, I have recorded EVERYTHING they said on my iPhone, so they cant claim this all didnt happen.)

I normally see a dentist in Danbury but as i now live in Newburgh it is just too much to drive all the way to Danbury. I gave this place a shot since it was so close and they accepted me insurance. At first I was pleased. everyone was very friendly. My x-rays were done quickly and I didnt have to wait too long to see the doctor. The doctor was great and so was his assistant. Very pleasant. He didnt say anything was wrong with my teeth during the check up. I got up to the counter to schedule my cleaning and was told that I need to get a special kind of cleaning since I have gingivitis. (the doctor never once mentioned this to me) I asked if it was covered by my insurance and i was informed no it isnt. I would need to pay $250 out of pocket. I explained i do not have the kind of money right now and then i was offered to see if i would qualify for their financing program. (for a cleaning? really?) I asked if i could just schedule a regular cleaning until i can come up with the other money. I WAS REFUSED! They refused to clean my teeth unless i had this special cleaning. Needless to say i am back on the hunt for a local dentist that isnt going to try and con me out of money.

Dr. Gulati and his Dental Assistant, Jimmie were both very gentle and considerate. There was no pain involved and they had to work on a very old crown. They fully explained all the procedures as they took place or were about to take place. I also am very pleased with the Dental Hygienist. She was wonderful. Forgive me I do not know her name. The first good impression I had upon my first visit was that they took my blood pressure. It made me feel secure knowing they were taking all precautions before working on my teeth. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I also miss Dr. Boaty who has since left that office. He was also wonderful. This review states that it will be posted on the Website under Floyd Spidle, my name is Elizabeth Spidle his Spouse. I would have preferred my name on this review instead of his. Thanks!

I had the same exact experience as Trish bell. All of my dental work was calculated at with that money I could buy a new car, I could go on 6 vacations, over 7 months a rent, etc. Now Im skeptical after reading the negative comments and I want to look for another dental provider to get a second opinion because now I feel uncomfortable. As far as staff every one is very nice, the atmosphere was comfortable. But now after my exam and diagnosis I have major stress when I was only looking for a regular cleaning provided through my insurance. Now I have to spend the day on the phone with human resources to check into our benefits/coverage and talk to employees I work with to see where they go for dental treatment.

It was a complete pleasure to finally be able to go to a clean efficient dental office and not be afraid of the pain that usually comes with having major work done on your mouth. Your hygeniest , Adrianna is gentle but very efficient in cleaning my mouth. Dr. Markovitch did a suburb job with all the work that needed to be done. Your manager, Allison was able to set up a payment plan with a company with no interest and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Due to having braces as a teenager, I developed a well expected fear of the dentist. But after today, I schedule my appointments with great ease! Best experience hands down! From front desk staff who are very conversational and easy to chat to, to the dental assistants who wiped my anxious tears, to an understanding dentist who not only listened to my irrational fears but kept me calm and reassured me through his stance, tone and demeanor that everything would be alright! I had a root canal done, no pain no issues. Cant say Im looking forward to wisdom teeth extraction but I can say I feel safe in the hands of Dr. Jeong and Aspen Dental!

My visit was last week. I had a dental emergency and needed a quick appointment and I was seen in less than 24 hrs. The office staff was very pleasant and the dental staff were all very nice and gentle. Dr. Saffner was just wonderful. Unbeknown to her, I was being seen for a condition that had occurred before and she basically told me what I had been told previously, and she wasnt aware that I had already had an opinion about it. She has a very reassuring, sincere, knowledgeable, and kind demeanor. I was so impressed that I have decided to mask her my new dentist!

Awesome experience ! The staff were courteous , attentive and knowledgeable ! They told my elderly father how long it would take to get his dentures! Turn around time unbelievable compared to other dental offices ! Mind you we compared over 5 of them to get my poor dad teeth! His teeth wil be ready by Tuesday ! Yes unbelievable ! And the price of the dentures also unbelievable ! And the icing on the cake is that they finance ! So for $100 a month , my dad has his grills! Hes happy , therefore , we are happy ! Thank you Aspen for a great experience ! ✌

I have eight teeth that need extracting and a mouthful of poor genetics and some lack-luster hygiene from youth has left my teeth in total disrepair. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the doctor himself were kind, professional, and thorough. They were judegement free, and the process of having the first four teeth removed was painless and quick (minus a pinch or two from novacaine and the after ache) and I am impressed enough to say that I would recommend aspen dental to any one. Excellent service, excellent work! -Sean R.
