love hate

I am very disappointed with this office. I went there a couple days ago, and i got there on time for my doctors appt. I know it takes a little time, but i was waiting almost an hour in the waiting room, then finally got called in and waiting longer for the doctor! This office is extremly rude. I only saw Polcino for not even 2 minutes and that was it, and also bringing his "Assistant" in the room with him.. when he isnt allowed when i told him i didnt want her knowing my business, but he got rude, and disrespectful. This office just wants your money, they dont care how you feel its just MONEYMONEYMONEY. I will defenitly not be returning.

Dr Polcino has been my doctor for 9 years. Hes the absolute best gyn you can find. I totally disagree with the previous reviews. Dr Polcino is thorough and compassionate. This office offers blood work, he asks when was the last time you visited the dentist & a whole host of other well rounded questions. Maybe the reason the wait was long is because hes giving another patient the necessary time needed & not rushing thorough his appointments. I highly recommend Dr Polcino & his staff.

Friendly/helpful staff. Clean office. Dr. Polcino is personable, professional, and knows his stuff. After being put through the ringer at my last obgyn, Dr. Polcino is a breath of fresh air. Finally a Dr. that takes the time to get to know his patients and takes the time to explain any concerns or needs that I have. Glad I dont have to look elsewhere now. Will be a long term happy patient :)

I love Dr. Polcino. Hes so much better then my previous gyno. I was always nervous about having a male as my gyno but Dr. Polcino just melts all those fears away. Theres never an awkward moment and hes really sweet. He always has a smile on his face and I love that he shakes my hand every time I see him. Hes very professional and I love all of his nurses. Stay golden my man.

Excellent physician....thorough, kind, excellent beside manners and an excellent diagnostician! You couldnt find a better doc! He always follows up, he understands your needs and again....another important thing...he understands! He takes the time out for you, and explains everything that needs to be discussed and he cares!

It was not a good experience. I went there to see if simply I could have an ultrasound and bloodwork to make sure Im ok and the doctor refused it. As an obgyn, he lacks the care. At least he could have tried to figure out why I was having this problem. I went to another obgyn who at least tried to help

I love it here! They are all so friendly and all the girls that work there treat you amazing and some comfort you. Dr. polocino is such a cute adorable WISE gynecologist/obgyn. He is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. I will never be seen by anyone else but this Dr.

First visit 9:15 appointment. Walked in at 9AM sharp. Filled out the paper work in 2 min. Waited 1 hour. Ask the front desk what is taking so long she said "I know I kow" went to back and came back didnt give me any kind of a response. I am very disappointed.
