Dr. Russell Fredericks and the entire staff at the North Shore Veterinary Hospital is incredibly compassionate and caring. My pups have been lovingly cared for throughout the years by a family with a local history that goes back generations. Theres a reason why this place is still thriving decades after the founding Dr. Fredericks has passed on...that very same degree of love for four-legged family members remains steadfast as ever! (Id say my first visit was around 1970 or so!)

Dr. Fredericks and his staff provide an outstanding level of care. My wife and I often joke that our dogs get better medical care than we do! And that is simply because each staff member on the team possess a true passion for what they are doing. In addition to world class care, the staff also always contacts you the day after each office visit, just to see how your making out. And thats just because they care that much!

Vet Lauren Donovan should not do spays! Or surgeries for that matter. See ANY other Dr. She almost killed my beautiful kitten. She glued the incision instead of stiches and it got badly infected. Then re-glued when it was still infected! The other Vet needed to fix her screw up. They had to do surgery again and clean out the infection. Thank goodness she got better. I paid almost 450.00. And not even an apology. :(

I have been taking my pets here for over 25 years. All of my pets got excellent care and lived long and healthy lives. The Doctors go beyond just examining the animals they educate the owners in how to best care for their pets. The entire staff really do care about each and every animal, and each pet owner too. Great care and great people skills are what you will find here

I trust them to provide me with the information I need to make well-informed decisions and Im very comfortable putting the health and life of my best buddies, my pets, in their capable hands.
