Late January 2016 my beloved cat Blackie had to be put down due to Sarnovoial Sarcoma.Dr Troyan and the staff were so kind and compassionate.Words do not do justice.They even kept Blackie for me until I could bury him.I am forever grateful.I am now going through another horrible time with my cat Rusty.I made the mistake of going to another vet unknown to me,because I was embarrassed that every time Dr Troyan and the staff see me ,its to euthanize another pet.I also tried to save a couple dollars with discount care.It was aa big mistake.Do not be fooled.You get what you pay for.And anyway Family Pet Clinic pricing is totally fair.I am just not thinking clearly.I learned this lesson the excruciatingly hard way.When you and your pets have been treated well and compassionately STAYNWITH THAT PLACE.

I had to bring my cat in to be put down yesterday.it was probably one of the hardest thing to have to do.the Dr and staff was great.they let me sit with him as long as i had to.they also let me know of any options i had other than putting him down but also explained that i wouldnt be much more than a temporary fix.i thought it was for the best and had it done.i was extremely happy with the pricing. i was told it would cost a little over $200 by another place.they only charged me $111 go the service with a clay footprint impression of his footprints included.i would highly recommend them for anyone i know and i took some cards with me so i can do so.thank you so much do making something so difficult a little easier.

Ive taken my precious Zoe to the Family Pet Clinic for the second time since moving to the area 2 years ago. Each time I was met with a caring & courteous staff. The knowledgeable doctors have shown genuine concern for my 13 yr old kitty which I appreciate with all my heart. The office was clean and very well laid out for both cats & dogs.. Both times I have taken my little girl there she felt better quicker that I ever hoped for... I will be a client forever!

Dr Troyan is the kindest most compassionate loving person I have met. She has worked with me and my babies and brought them through some serious illnesses and worked with the family to make us feel more comfortable with decisions we had to eventually make. Her staff is supportive and kind. I trust Dr Troyan with all of my pet family !!

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and extremely good with Mudley who hates going anywhere. I feel like they care about animals more than money and they do not try to take advantage of you when youre pets are sick. Plus, their follow up phone calls really show they care. A+

This is the first clinic we brought Jasmine to after adoption and I cant imagine a nicer group of people than the folks who work there. Dr. Troyanos love for your pet is obvious during her treatments and we have always been very happy with our dogs care. I recommend very highly!!

Dr. Troyan has been my vet for almost 17 years now. I would never go anywhere else. From her compassion and care, to her warm amazing staff to her gorgeous office. This office is by far the best on Long Island. If I could give this office 10 stars I would!!

underwhelmed--will not return. the kind of place that over schedules endless tests to make money when one simple one would be the place to start and where techs pretend to be vets and offer advice. not impressed.
